Շենգենյան վիզան անհրաժեշտ է, երբ մնում եք Շենգեն գոտում մինչև 90 օր, հայտնում են վիզայի դիմում-հայտերի ընդունման կենտրոնից։

«Շենգենյան վիզան տրամադրվում է անձնագրում կամ այլ վավեր ճամփորդական փաստաթղթի ներսում կպչուն թերթիկի տեսքով, որն իրավունք է տալիս դրա սեփականատիրոջն անցնելու սահմանները Շենգեն երկրների միջև: Շենգեն վիզայի տիրապետումը ավտոմատ մուտքի իրավունք չի տալիս: Մուտքը կթույլատրվի, եթե միայն Շենգենյան օրանսդրության այլ պայմանները ապահովված լինեն, այն է՝ նպատակի և ճանապարհորդության պայմանները համապատասխանում են օրենսդրությանը, ճանապարհորդների նվազագույն միջոցներն իրենց տրամադրության տակ են և առկա է վավեր ճանապարհորդական ապահովագրություն: Շենգեն վիզայով կարող եք մուտք գործել մեկ երկիր և ազատորեն ճանապարհորդել Շենգեն գոտով: Այն թողարկվում է այն երկրների համար, որոնց քաղաքացիները մինչև Շենգեն գոտի մուտք գործելը վիզայի կարիք ունեն: Շենգեն վիզան թույլ է տալիս դրա սեփականատիրոջը Շենգեն գոտում ազատորեն ճանապարհորդել առավելագույնը մնալով մինչև 90 օր ցանկացած 180 օրվա ընթացքում: Եթե ցանկանում եք մնալ 90 օրից ավել, Դուք երկարաժամկետ վիզայի կամ կացության իրավունքի կարիք ունեք:

Շենգեն գոտին կազմված է 27 երկրներից:

  • Ներկայումս ԵՄ-ի 23 անդամ երկրներ կիրառում են Շենգենյան կոնվենցիան (Ավստրիա, Բելգիա, Խորվատիա, Չեխիա, Դանիա, Էստոնիա, Ֆինլանդիա, Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Հունգարիա, Իտալիա, Հունաստան, Լատվիա, Լիտվա, Լյուքսեմբուրգ, Մալթա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Լեհաստան, Պորտուգալիա, Սլովակիա, Սլովենիա, Իսպանիա և Շվեդիա):
  • Շվեյցարիան, Նորվեգիան, Լիխտեյնշտեյնը և Իսլանդիան ամբողջապես կիրառում են Շենգենյան կոնվենցիան, բայց ԵՄ անդամ չեն:

ԵՄ մնացած վեց անդամ երկրները դեռ Շենգեն գոտուց դուրս են՝ Իռլանդիա, Կիպրոս, Բուլղարիա և Ռումինիա: Շենգենյան գոտի ԵՄ անդամ երկիր Կիպրոսը դեռևս Շենգեն գոտու լիարժեք անդամ չէ: Սահմանի վերահսկումը Կիպրոսի և Շենգեն գոտու ներկայիս անդամների միջև պետք է պահպանվեն, մինչև ԵՄ խորհուրդը չորոշի , որ պայմանները ներքին սահմանների վերահսկման համար կիրառվում են: Այնուամենայնիվ, Կիպրոսը հաշվի է առնում շենգենյան վիզաները, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ այլ անդամ երկրների կողմից տրված կացության իրավունքը ` իբրև սեփական ազգային վիզայի համարժեքներ` տարանցման նպատակով, որը չի գերազանցում հինգ օրը: Մոնակոյի Թագավորությունը, Անդորրան, Սան Մարինոն և Վատիկանը շենգեն վիզա ունեցողներին թույլ են տալիս մուտք գործել իրենց տարածք առանց որևէ պաշտոնականության»:
