Ադրբեջանի Գուբայի շրջանում բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների դեմ արցունքաբեր գազ է կիրառվել

Ադրբեջանում թանկացումների դեմ բողոքի ակցիաները հասել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության` Դաղստանի հանրապետության հետ սահմանակից Գուբայի շրջան: Բողոքի զանգվածային ակցիան ճնշելու համար այնտեղ ներքին զորքերի ստորաբաժանումներ են մտցվել: Ակցիան ցրելու համար ոստիկանությունը արցունքաբեր գազ եւ ջրանետ մեքենաներ է կիրառել:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը:

Նշվում է, որ ակցիայի հարյուրավոր մասնակիցները, որոնք հավաքվել են Գուբայի «Քոհնա ավտովաղզալ» կոչված վայրում, բողոքում են գործազրկության, թանկացումների, բանկային վարկերի վճարման, հասցեագրված սոցիալական օգնություն ստանալու հետ կապված դժվարությունների առնչությամբ:

Ոստիակնությունը ներկայում օղակել է ակցիայի անցկացման վայրը: Քաղաք ներքին զորքերի ստորաբաժանումներ են մտցվել: Անվտանգության ուժերին հրամայված է մաքրել բողոքի ակցիայի վայրը:

Ադրբեջանում մանաթի գրեթե երկու անգամ արժեզրկման հետեւանքով բոլոր ապրանքների 50 տոկոսից ավելի թանկացման դեմ բողոքի զանգվածային ակցիաներ են անցկացվում Սիազանում, Լենքորանում, Ֆիզուլիում, Աղջաբեդիում եւ այլ շրջաններում: Դրանք ընթանում են ոստիկանության հետ բախումներով եւ ձերբակալություններով:

Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը մինչ այժմ ոչ մի կերպ չի մեկնաբանել այդ բողոքի ակցիաները:

Ադրբեջանում հատկապես սննդային ապրանքների թանկացումներկ դեմ սկսված բողոքի ակցիաներում մարդիկ սպառնում են անգամ ինքնասպանություն գործել:

Ադրբեջանում բոլոր տեսակի` այդ թվում պարենային ապրանքների կտրուկ թանկացումները սկսվել են ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի երկու անգամ արժեզրկվելու հետեւանքով, ինչը կապված է նավթի գների նվազման պատճառով այդ երկրում սկսված տնտեսական ճգնաժամի հետ:

Ադրբեջանի արտահանման 95 տոկոսը կազմում են գազը, նավթն ու նավթամթերքները, իսկ երկրի պետբյուջեն 75 տոկոսով ձեւավորվում է էներգակիրների արտահանումից ստացվող եկամուտների հաշվին: 

Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 50 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 18 դոլարով ցածր է: Ադրբեջանի ազգային արժույթը` մանաթը վերջին մեկ տարում արդեն երկու անգամ արժեզրկվել է: Ներկայում Բաքվի «սեւ շուկայում» ամերիկյան մեկ դոլարը գնվում է 2 մանաթով, իսկ որոշ տվյալներով` 3-4 մանաթով:
