Արժութային ճգնաժամը Ադրբեջանում նոր հարված է խոստանում

Նավթի գների անկումը շարունակվում է համաշխարհային շուկայում: Լոնդոնի և Նյու Յորքի բորսաներում նավթի գներն արագացրել են անկումը: WTI թեթև նավթի փետրվարյան ֆյուչերսների արժեքը Նյու Յորքի ապրանքային NYMEX բորսայում ընկել է 4.39 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով մեկ բարելի դիմաց 29.85 դոլարի։ Լոնդոնյան ICE Futures բորսայում Brent մակնիշի հյուսիսծովյան նավթային խառնուրդի փետրվարյան ֆյուերսների արժեքն ընկել է 3.8 տոկոսով՝ հասնելով 29.83 դոլարի։ Կանադական Western Canadian Select նավթի գինը նվազել է մինչև 1 բարելի համար 14 դոլար:

Մի շարք երկրների արժույթներ, որոնց տնտեսությունը հիմնականում սնվում է նավթի վաճառքից եկած գումարներով շարունակում են արժեզրկվել: Նույնիսկ Սաուդյան Արաբիան, որն ամենամեծ ծավալի նավթ արտահանող երկիրն է, ստիպված է անմիջականորեն զգալ նավթի գների անկումը և վնասները փոխհատուցել պետբյուջեի ծախսերի կրճատման, հարկերի բարձրացման, ինչպես նաեւ ջրի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի և բնակարանային ծառայությունների սակագների բարձրացման ճանապարհով:

Արժեզրկման տեմպերը ամենաբարձրն են Ադրբեջանում, որի արժույթը՝ մանաթը, 2015թ․-ին աշխարհում ամենամեծ անկում գրանցած արժույթն է, այն արժեզրկվել է 49.9%-ով։ Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ դեկտեմբերին մանաթն արժեզրկվեց ռեկորդային տեմպերով: Ադրբեջանում մանաթի այս կարգի անկման ֆոնին սառեցվել են հացի և ալյուրի գները` հաստատվելով հատուկ գներ: Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկի որոշմամբ փակվել են երկրի արտարժույթի փոխանակման կետերը, ինչն ավելի է սրել դոլարի պահանջարկը։ Ադրբեջանում տարադրամի փոխանակման կետերը ԿԲ-ի կողմից փակելուց հետո, ըստ լրատվամիջոցների հայտնած տեղեկությունների, երկրում հազարավոր մարդիկ գործազուրկ են դարձել: Reuters գործակալություրնը գրում է, որ դոլարի գնման գնման փոխարժեքը «սև շուկայում» սահմանված է 1,8 մանաթի մակարդակի, իսկ վաճառքի փոխարժեքը հասնում է մինչև 2 մանաթ:

Միջազգային բանկերը կանխատեսում են, որ նավթի մեկ բարելի գինն այս տարվա առաջին կեսին պետք է կազմի 20 դոլար, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մանաթի արժեզրկումը շարունակվելու է: Եթե նավթի գինն ընկնի 20 դոլար, ապա Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի բյուջեի իրագործման համար մեկ դոլարը պետք է հավասար լինի 2,5 մանաթի, 10 դոլարի իջնելու դեպքում` անհրաժեշտ կլինի, որ մեկ դոլարը հավասար լինի 5,2 մանաթի: Այս ամենը նշանակում է, որ նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նավթային եկամուտներն ավելի են նվազելու:
