Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը հույս ունի, որ Բաղրամյան պողոտայում բողոքի ակցիա անցկացնող քաղաքացիները սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ կհեռացնեն աղբամանները և կբացեն պողոտան: Բաղրամյան պողոտայում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, պատախսանելով հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ ոստիիկանությունը չի ցրում Բաղրայան պողոտայում շարունակվող բողոքի ակցիան և ինչի՞ է սպասում, Վալերի Օսիպյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներն իրավագիտակից քաղաքացիներ են և սեփական նախաձեռնու թյամբ կբացեն փողոցը: «Ես այն կարծիքին եմ, որ նրանք, ի վերջո, լավ քայլ կանեն և կբացեն փողոցը, իսկ եթե դա չանեն, և երբ գա պահը, մենք կվերականգնենք հասարակական կարգը»,- նշեց Օսիպյանը:

Հարցին, թե ինչպես է վերաբերում այն հանգամանքին, որ ոստիկանն անհիմն տեղը հարվածում է քաղաքացիներին, Օսիպյանը պատասխանեց, որ եթե իրականում կա նման դեպք, ապա տվյալ ոստիկանը պետք է ենթարկվի պատասխանատվության: Դիտարկմանն ի պատասխան, թե հունիսի 23-ին, երբ ոստիկանությունը ցրել է նստացույցը, եղել են նման դեպքեր, Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետն ասաց. «Ոստիկանությունն արդեն 10 օր է՝ կրկնում է՝ կա նշանակված ծառայողական քննություն, ուսումնասիրվում են նյութերը, և ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ, որ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր կենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության»:

Հարցին, որ եթե ոստիկանությունը ցուցարարերից պահանջում է ազատել Բաղրամյան պողոտան, որտե՞ղ նրանք կարող են շարունակել իրենց ակցիան, Օսիպյանը պատասխանեց, որ դա իրենք պետք է ընտրեն, սակայն դա չպետք է լինի երթևեկելի վայր: «Կարող են ընտրել պուրակներ, ինչու ոչ՝ նաև Ազատության հրապարակը: Վերջին հաշվով, ցանկացած պահի կարող են վերադառնալ Բաղրամյան պողոտա: Այնպես չէ, որ նրանք գնան Բաղրամյան պողոտան, այն արգելափակվելու է»,- նշեց Օսիպյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Ազատության հրապարակ տեղափոխվելու դեպքում էլ ճիշտ կլինի, որ համապատասխան թույլտվություն ստանան:
