ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գևորգ Պապոյանն այսօր խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ տեղեկատվությանը չի տիրապետում, արդյո՞ք ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ գտնվող հայ գերիներից 32-ը վերադարձել են հայրենիք, թե՞ ոչ, և ՀՀ-ում ձերբակալված երկու ադրբեջանցիները վերադարձե՞լ են Ադրբեջան, թե՞ ոչ։
Ըստ իշխանական պատգամավորի, գերիների վերադարձի վերաբերյալ ժամկետ չի նշվել։
«Ենթադրում են, որ այդ ամենը նույն պահին կլինի, այսինքն՝ 32-ը կգան Հայաստան, 2-ը կգնան։ Այդ ամբողջ տեքստի մեջ 32 գերու մասին եք խոսում, եկեք պետության ու պետականության տեսանկյունից նայենք։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ամենակարևորն է։ Այն պրոցեսը, որը տեղի է ունենում, իմ կարծիքով՝ ըստ էության այդ երկխոսությունը, որը միտված է նոր գերիներ, կորուստներ ու պատերազմ չունենալուն, շատ կարևոր է»,- խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Գևորգ Պապոյանը։
Լրագրողի հարցին՝ բացառո՞ւմ է, որ Ադրբեջանը հետ կանգնի իր խոսքից՝ 32 գերեվարվածներին վերադարձնելու առումով, Գևորգ Պապոյանը պատասխանեց՝ ոչինչ բացառել հնարավոր չէ, բայց եթե սկսում են ինչ-որ գործընթաց, դա նշանակում է, որ մնացած գերիներն էլ պետք է հայրենիք վերադառնան։
«Հիմա դժվար է լինելու ինչ-որ մարդկանց համար, հեշտ է լինելու իրականությունն ընդունել-չընդունել, բայց խաղաղության վերջնակետը լինելու է դեմարկացիան, դելիմիտացիան, սահմաններին՝ ոչ թե խրամատների ու զինվորների առկայություն, այլ՝ սահմանապահների առկայություն։ Մեծ հաշվով և՛ Հայաստանում, և՛ Ադրբեջանում մարդկանց պետք է պատրաստեն խաղաղության։ Հո միայն քաղաքական գործիչնե՞րը չեն որոշում, մարդիկ պետք է հաշվի առնեն իրականությունը, եթե այսօր գնան ստորագրեն խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, վաղը գուցե գա այլ իշխանություն, որը կասի՝ ես գնում եմ ռևանշի»,- շեշտեց նա։
Հաջորդ հարցին՝ Ադրբեջանը պատրա՞ստ է խաղաղության, Գևորգ Պապոյանը պատասխանեց՝ եթե խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրի՝ պատրաստ է, եթե չէ՝ պատրաստ չէ։
