ՀՀ-ում գերիշխող դիրք զբաղեցնող ընկերությունը հանձնվելու է անհասկանալի անձանց․ փաստաբան

Ստացել եմ ՝ ՄՏՍ Հայաստան ՓԲԸ-ն անհայտ ընկերությանը հանձնելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդմանս կապակցությամբ վարույթ չնախաձեռնելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի գրությունը: Այս մասին հայտնում է փաստաբան Արմինե Ֆանյանը։
«Որպես վարույթ չնախաձեռնելու հիմք նշվել է, թե իբր ներկայացրածս հաղորդումը հանցագործության վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ չի պարունակում, դրանք ընդամենն իմ մտահոգություններն են:
Հիշեցման կարգով նշեմ, որ հաղորդումս վերաբերել է հետևյալ հանգամանքներին.
1. «Ֆեդիլքո Գրուպ Լիմիթիդ» ընկերությունը, որի սեփականատերերն, ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների անհայտ են (մեկ այլ լրատվամիջոցի տեղեկությունների համաձայն հետախուզման մեջ են), ցանկանում է «ԱԼԼԵԳՐԵՏՏՈ ՀՈԼԴԻՆԳ» ՍՊԸ-ից ձեռք բերել՝ ՄՏՍ Հայաստան ՓԲԸ բաժնետոմսերի 100 տոկոսը:
2. Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն առաջին անգամ գործարքի կնքման վերաբերյալ տվել է բացասական կարծիք, քանի որ տեսել է ազգային անվտանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգ, իսկ երկրորդ անգամ, չգիտես, թե ինչու տվել է դրական կարծիք, ինչի հիման վրա ՀՀ-ում գերիշխող դիրք զբաղեցնող ընկերությունը հանձնվելու է անհասկանալի անձանց:
3. Ըստ կարգի, գերիշխող դիրք զբաղեցնող ընկերությունը կարող է փոխանցվել միայն այնպիսի ընկերության, որն ունի կապի ոլորտում փորձառություն: Սակայն Կիպրոսում գրանցված՝ «Ֆեդիլքո Գրուպ Լիմիթիդ» ընկերությունը, ոչ միայն կապի ոլորտում չունի փորձառություն, այլ գրանցվել է 2022 թվականին ու անհասկանալի է, թե ինչով է զբաղվում:
