ՌԴ երկու քաղաքացու կողմից Երևանի կենտրոնում խուլիգանական արարքներ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախձեռնվել, նրանք ձերբակալվել են:

Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն և լուսանկար հրապարակել:

«2023թ․ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին` ժամը 00:23-ին, քաղաքացու կողմից կատարված ահազանգի հիման վրա ձեռնարկված միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ ՌԴ քաղաքացներ Կ.Ա․-ն և Յ․Մ․-ն դեկտեմբերի 8-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ից մինչև 23:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, համակեցության կանոնների ցուցադրաբար անտեսմամբ, հասարակության նկատմամբ անհարգալից և բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերել։

Մասնավորապես, վնասել են Երևան քաղաքի Թումանյան 29-րդ հասցեում գտնվող արագ սննդի կետի գույքը, մրգերը նետել աշխատակցի վրա, Մաշտոց 24-րդ հասցեում գործող ծաղկի վաճառքի կետի ծաղիկները գետնին են նետել և տրորել՝ այդ գործողությունները զուգորդելով հայհոյախառն արտահայտություններով:

2023թ․ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից խուլիգանություն կատարելը) նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 07։00-ին և ժամը 09։19-ին, ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից վերջիններս հայտնաբերվել են և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Որոշում է կայացվել, վերոնշյալ արարքները կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով, նշված անձանց ձերբակալելու մասին։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում հարցաքննվել են դեպքերին ականատես վկաներ, հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանությանը:

Նախաքննությամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ կատարվածի հանգամանքները լիովին պարզելու նպատակով։
