Աշոցքում բացվել է հերոսների հիշատակը հավերժացնող պուրակ

Աշոցքում դեկտեմբերի 9-ին բացվել է Արցախյան գոյամարտերում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանները պաշտպանելիս ընկած հերոսների հիշատակին նվիրված պուրակ։
Բացմանը ներկա են եղել Շիրակի մարզպետ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանը, ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ Սասուն Միքայելյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մարտին Կարապետյանը, համայնքների և ուժային կառույցների ղեկավարներ, աշխատակազմի պատասխանատուներ, հերոսածին ծնողները:
Շիրակի մարզպետը ողջունել է ներկաներին` նշելով, որ հուզիչ ու միևնույն ժամանակ ոգևորող միջոցառման է մասնակցում.
«Աշոցքում այսուհետ մի վայր է լինելու, որտեղ բոլոր ցանկացողները կկարողանան հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել Արցախյան գոյամարտերում և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանները պաշտպանելիս ընկած հերոսների հիշատակին։
Հանուն հող հայրենիի գիտակցված մահվան գնալը մարդկային ամենավեհ գիտակցումն ու ամենամեծ հերոսությունն է, նրանք ընկել են հանուն ամենաթանկի՝ մայր հայրենիքի, հանուն կյանքի։ Մեր կյանքով նրանց ենք պարտական և դրա համար պարտավոր ենք ամեն անցնող օր անել հնարավորը մեր երկիրը, մեր մարզը, մեր համայնքն առավել ուժեղ, զորեղ ու հզոր դարձնելու։
Այս պուրակը մեր հերոսների հիշատակը վառ պահելու ևս մեկ հնարավորություն լինելուց զատ, մեզ՝ ողջերիս համար, պատասխանատվության ու պարտավորվածության, զգոնության կոչ է, որ ապրենք նրանց անձնազոհությունը գնահատելով՝ անենք ամեն ինչ կիսատ թողած գործերը պատվով ավարտին հասցնելու համար։
Եվ ուրեմն, ամեն անգամ պուրակ այցելելիս խոնարհվելուց զատ, մեկ անգամ ևս պետք է խորհենք մեր արած ու չարած գործերի մասին՝ վստահ լինելով, որ երկիրը կառուցելուն միտված մեր ջանքերն առավել են, քան հապաղող քայլերը, որովհետև պատասխանատվություն ունենք անցյալի, ներկայի և մեր ապագայի առջև։
Այդ պատասխանատվության արդյունք կարելի է համարել այս պուրակի կառուցումը, որը հնարավոր եղավ պետություն-համայնք համագործակցությամբ՝ սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի իրականացմամբ։

Պուրակում տեղադրված հուշատախտակը բացել են Աշոցք համայնքի ղեկավար Կարեն Մանուկյանն ու գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մարտին Կարապետյանը։
Սուբվենցիոն այս ծրագրի արժեքը երկու փուլերի համար կազմել է 121 մլն դրամ։ Կառավարության համամասնությունը 45 տոկոս է եղել։
Աշոցքը 2023-ին ներկայացրել է 5 ծրագիր 11 ենթածրագրով` 330 մլն դրամի աշխատանք է կատարվելու, 2024 թվականի համար` 7 ծրագիր 22 ենթածրագրերով, ընդհանուր 516 մլն 144 հազար դրամ գումարի շրջանակներում, որի 63 տոկոսը պետությունն է տրամադրելու։
