Համոզված է, որ ցանկացած երազանք դառնում է նպատակ, եթե հստակ ժամկետ ես սահմանում, իսկ նպատակներն իրականանալու սովորություն ունեն։ «Երազանքը զուտ երազանք պահել չի կարելի։ Ժամանակը ամենակարևոր ռեսուրսն է մարդու կյանքում, որի հետ պետք է շատ զգույշ վարվել և արդյունավետ օգտագործել»,– ասում է Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։
Համարում է, որ ամեն մեկն ինքը պետք է սահմանի իր «պետք է»–ները։ Նրա համար կարևոր է մաթեմատիկական ճշգրտությունը։ «Թվերի աշխարհում ապրելն օգնում է քիչ սխալվել, բայց դրա հետ մեկտեղ կարևոր է զգացմունքների և հաշվարկների միջև պահել ճիշտ բալանսը»։
Նա չի ընկալում անհաջողություններն ու ձախողումները, դրանք դիտարկում է զուտ որպես հնարավորություն։ Ազնվություն, պատասխանատվություն․ դրանք կարևոր սկզբունքներն են, որոնցով նա առաջնորդվում է, նույն սկզբունքով ընտրում է մտերիմ մարդկանց։
Դեռ ուսանողական տարիներից աշխատել է։ Հայաստանը սիրում է ամբողջությամբ, ամուր կապ է պահում ծննդավայրի՝ Տավուշի հետ։ Նրա անբաժան ուղեկիցը գիրքն է։
