«Եթե խաղաղության պայմանագիրը չստորագրվի, վատ կլինի ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար»․ Ալիև

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հարցազրույց է տվել Euronews-ին, որտեղ անդրադարձել է նաև «Խաղաղության պայմանագրին»։ Նա ասել է, իբր Հայաստանը արհեստականորեն ձգձգում է պայմանագրի շուրջ գործընթացը․
«Ես լավատեսորեն էի տրամադրված ժամկետների հարցում, քանի որ մենք մի քանի անգամ Հայաստանի հետ առաջարկություններ ենք փոխանակել խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախնական նախագծի վերաբերյալ, որն Ադրբեջանը ինքն է մշակել։ Դրանից հետո վեց անգամ տեղի է ունեցել նկատառումների փոխանակում երկու երկրների միջեւ։ Եվ երբ ես այս մասին վերջին անգամ ասել եմ «Եվրոնյուսում», ապա հուսով էի, որ Հայաստանը չի ձգձգի մեր մեկնաբանությունների գնահատման գործընթացը։ Դրանցից վերջինները մենք ուղարկել ենք սեպտեմբերի 11-ին, իսկ մեկնաբանությունների պատասխանն ստացել ենք միայն երկու օր առաջ։ Այսինքն՝ մոտ երկուսուկես ամիս նրանք գնահատել են պայմանագրի նախագիծը՝ կազմված մի քանի էջից։ Դա նշանակում է, որ նրանք ցանկանում են արհեստականորեն ձգձգել գործընթացը։ Հիմա արդեն նոյեմբերի վերջն է։ Իհարկե, խաղաղության հասնելու եւ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման առիթով լավատեսությունը տարեվերջին նվազել է։ Բայց,կարծում եմ, որ ժամկետներն այստեղ այնքան էլ կարեւոր չեն։ Կարեւոր է երկու երկրների օրակարգը։ Հենց Ադրբեջանն է ենթարկվել օկուպացիայի եւ էթնիկ զտման։ Միլիոն ադրբեջանցիներ տեղահանվել են Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից, իսկ մոտ 15 հազար քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածք ամայացվել է»,- պնդում է Ալիեւը։
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի խոսքով՝ «այնուամենայնիվ, Ադրբեջանն այն երկիրն էր, որը հանդես եկավ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելու եւ սահմանազատման աշխատանք սկսելու առաջարկով»։
«Հիմա, «ղարաբաղյան պորտֆոլիոյի» փակվելուց հետո, կարծում եմ, Հայաստանն ավելի մեծ ձգտում պետք է ունենա համաձայնելու մեզ հետ։ Որովհետեւ մեր ինքնիշխանության վերականգնումից եւ Ղարաբաղում անօրինական անջատողական ռեժիմի վերացումից հետո, կարծում եմ, գլխավոր գործոնը, որը խանգարում էր Հայաստանին ավելի համարձակ լինել բանակցային գոծընթացում, այլեւս գոյություն չունի»,- ասել է նա։
Ալիեւը նաեւ ասել է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը կգնահատի Հայաստանի վերջին առաջարկությունները եւ կմեկնաբանի դրանք։
«Մենք միաժամանակ աշխատանքային մակարդակով շփումներ ենք ապահպանում տարբեր պաշտոնյաների հետ տարբեր խողովակներով։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ խաղաղությունն այլընտրանք չունի։ Եթե խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը չստորագրվի, դա շատ վատ կլինի ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար։ Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ Հայաստանը թե՛ այսօր, թե՛ ապագայում երբեք կասկածի տակ չդնի մեր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը եւ լիովին հրաժարվի Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ ցանկացած տարածքային հավակնությունից»,- ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։
