«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

newmens.ru-ն «Պուտինի շախ և մատը. Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին զրկում է եկամտի և վաճառքի շուկաներից» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ «տեղի է ունենում հենց այն, ինչի մասին ավելի վաղ գրել էինք»։ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ առևտրային էմբարգո սկսելու նախանշանները բորբոքվում են: Ռուսաստանը թույլ չի տալիս մրգով, բանջարեղենով, ծաղիկներով հայկական բեռնատարներին մտնել իր տարածք, Վերին Լարսում ավելի քան 2 հազար հայկական բեռնատար է կուտակվել, պատճառը բազմաթիվ խախտումներն են (վնասատուներ և թունաքիմիկատներ)։ Հասկանալի է, որ հայկական կողմի համար դա չափազանց կրիտիկական վիճակ է։ 250 միլիոն դոլարի առևտրաշրջանառությունը կատակ չէ:

Երևանի համար արտահանման մի մասի դադարեցումը հղի է նաև նրանով, որ բեռնափոխադրումների արգելափակումը նրան կզրկի Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Տաջիկստանի և Ղրղզստանի շուկաներ մուտքից, որտեղ ևս մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն բյուջետային գումարներ կան։ Հարգելի՛ ընթերցողներ, մի շտապեք գրել՝ «շատ եմ ցավում մարդկանց համար» և «դա չի կարելի անել»: Եվ ահա թե ինչու. նորություններ Լոնդոնից: Նոյեմբերի 28-ին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի մայրաքաղաքում կայացել են հայ-բրիտանական վեցերորդ ռազմա-քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունները։ Այսինքն, ՀԱՊԿ անդամը մեր թիկունքում թշնամու հետ քննարկում է ռազմական հարցեր, և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, այդ ամենի իմաստը պարզ է: Դե, ասեք, ինչպե՞ս պետք է Ռուսաստանը արձագանքի նման չարաճճիություններին։ Դե, ոմանք կասեն, որ Հայաստանն իրավունք ունի, ինքնիշխան երկիր է, և, ընդհանրապես, Երևանը Ռուսաստանին պարտք չէ։ Լավ, ուրեմն թող այդ դեպքում Հայաստանը դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ԵԱՏՄ-ից ու դադարեցնի ռուսական էներգառեսուրսների սպառումը։

Դե, Փաշինյանը դա չի անում, որովհետև ուզում է շարունակել պոկել միանգամից բոլորից՝ թե՛ Ռուսաստանից, թե՛ Եվրոպայից։ Դե, ուրեմն, պետք է ազնիվ լինել և զրկել նրան կերակրատաշտից: Հայաստանի ապրանքաշրջանառության 45 %-ը բաժին է ընկնում Ռուսաստանին, իսկ դա կատակ չէ: Իրանն ու Չինաստանը, եթե անգամ ցանկանան, չեն աշխատի Երևանի հետ այն պայմաններով, որ տալիս է Ռուսաստանը։ Այսպիսով, Փաշինյանն ունի ընդամենը երեք տարբերակ՝ կա՛մ շարունակել նույն ոգով և կորցնել տնտեսության մնացորդները, որովհետև Ռուսաստանը չի զիջելու, կա՛մ հավաքել ճամպրուկներն ու հեռանալ, կա՛մ անվերապահորեն ընդունել Ռուսաստանի բոլոր պահանջները։

Շատերը կասեն՝ «ափսոս, Հայաստանի հետ դա չպետք է լիներ»։ Չենք վիճի, իսկապես ցավալի է և շատ վատ, որ դրան հասավ, բայց Պուտինը չէ, որ պատասխանատու է Հայաստանի ժողովրդի համար, Փաշինյանն է պատասխանատուն, քանի որ իրենք են ընտրել նրան: Իսկ Պուտինը պատասխանատու է Ռուսաստանի շահերի համար, իսկ այդ շահերը չեն ներառում այն դաշնակցի ձեռքը բռնելը, որը մյուս ձեռքը դեպի մեր հակառակորդներն է պարզել։
