Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Արցախ աշխարհը Հայկական լեռնաշխարհի անբաժանելի մասն է, որը հնագիտության տվյալների համաձայն հին քարեդարյան ժամանակաշրջանից ի վեր եղել է մարդու օրրաններից մեկը և այստեղ հայ մարդու կյանքն առանց ընդմիջման շարունակվել է բոլոր ժամանակաշրջաններում: Վաղնջական ժամանակներից սկսած առ այսօր հայակերտ Արցախն օտարների աչքում միշտ փուշ է եղել։

Պատահական չէ, որ այն հարձակման ու ասպատակման է ենթարկվել բոլոր ժամանակների բռնակալների կողմից: Հազարամյակների ընթացքում երախտապարտ սերունդները փայփայել ու պահպանել են պապերի ամեն մի տքնանք՝ մեր օրերին հասցնելով բազմադարյա հուշերն ու պատմությունը։

Արցախի պատմությունը լի է տարատեսակ պատերազներով ու նվաճման փորձերով: Արցախը տեսել է սելջուկ թուրքերի արշքավանքներ՝ ու չի հանձնվել:

Արցախը տեսել է մոնղոլների տիրապետության բեռը, բայց չի հանձնվել: Դեպի Արցախ են արշավել Լենկ Թեմուրը, Կարա-կոյունլու և աղ-կոյունլու թուրքմենական ցեղերը, բայց չեն կարողացել հպատակեցնել: Արցախը տեսել է թուրք-պարսկական պատերազմի դաժան ժամանակաշրջանը, բայց չի ընկրկել:

Արցախն ապրել և զարգացել է Խամսայի մելիքությունների ժամանակաշրջանում: Հայկական Արցախը գոյատևել է Ղարաբաղի խանության եղերական տարիներին:

Արցախն իր դեմքը և ինքնությունը պահել է ռուսական կայսրության կազմում: Արցախը վերապրել և չի հանձնվել 1905-1920թթ. Այսրկովկասի հայերի ցեղասպանության ժամականաշրջանում: Արցախյան զինյալ գունդը վերջին պահին հասել ու փրկել է հայոց Սարդարապատի ճակատամարտի ելքը: Արցախը դիմադրել և չի ուծացվել նաև ԽՍՀՄ ԼՂԻՄ կարգավիճակում: Արցախը վերածնվել ու աշխարհին է ներկայացել 1988-94թթ. ազատագրական շարժումով: Արցախի Հանրապետությունն ապրել ու կայացել էր իր երերսնամյա փաստացի անկախության ճանապարհին:

Նախնադարից եկող հայկական Արցախցի անխորտակ նավը, մաքառելով չարի ու բռնության դեմ, հասել էր 21-րդ դարի ալեկոծ նավահանգիստը՝ նոր հորիզոններ բացելով իր ապագայի համար: Արցախահայությունն, իր հիշողության գաղտնարաններում սրբությամր պահպանելով Նոյի թոռ Հարեթոսյան Հայկի ավանդները, պայքարել է գոյատևման, ինքնության ու ինքնուրույնության, արյուն քրտինքով ստեղծած հայկական մշակութային արժեքների և հոգևոր ժառանգության պահպանման համար։

Եվ ո՞ր մի արժանապատիվ հայը կարող է հաշտվել այն մտքի հետ, որ հազարամյակներ պայքարած ու հայկական մնացած Արցախ աշխարհը, թշնամուն հանձնվի նիկոլների, ալենների կամ սուրիկների ձեռքերով:

Հայոց պատմության արցախյան էջը չի կարող փակվել…»։
