Արևմուտքի Պլան B-ն. ո՞վ կարող է փոխարինել Փաշինյանին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների, իսկ նրա արևմտյան հովանավորներն արդեն պլան B են գծել ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակի դեպքում։ Արևմուտքը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չափազանց ցածր վարկանիշ ունի և մեծ հավանականությամբ չի կարողանալու նույնիսկ բարեհաջող իրականացնել իշխանության նոր զավթումն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների միջոցով, որոնք, ըստ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի, նախատեսվում են անցկացնել եկող տարվա մայիսին։ Իշխանությունները չափազանց տենդագին են պատրաստվում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, հատկապես տեղերում փորձում են խլել բոլոր վարչական լծակները, տոտալ վերահսկողություն սահմանել բոլոր համայնքների նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև դեռևս հատուկենտ պետական կառույցների նկատմամբ։
Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ամեն գնով խորհրդարանից դուրս թողնել ընդդիմադիր երկու ուժերին և խորհրդարան տանել այլ՝ իրեն ավելի մեղմ քննադատող, կամ էլ փսևդո-ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի։ Արևմուտքն էլ իր հերթին հստակ հասկանում է, որ Փաշինյանը կարող է ոտքին գցել այս նոր ընտրություները և իրենց համար տենդագին փնտրտուքների մեջ են, թե ո՞վ կկարողանա փոխարինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
Այս օրերին Միացյալ Նահանգներում է անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, որը նաև վաղը մեկնելու է Միացյալ Թագավորություն։ 6 օրվա ընթացքում Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ընդամենը հանդիպել է 3 բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ, թե ի՞նչ են քնարկել, սովորաբար պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունների հարցում ժլատ Անվտանգության խորհուրդն առանձնապես մանրամասներ չի հաղորդում։
Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Գրիգորյանն ավելի շատ ստվերային հանդիպումների՝ ավելի շուտ ստուգատեսի մեջ է։ Արևմուտքում փորձում են հասկանալ, թե որքանով նա կկարողանա փոխարինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի գործերն այս առումով այնքան էլ լավ չեն։ Բացի այն, որ նա որևէ լուրջ հեղինակություն չի վայելում Հայաստանում, նաև խիստ վերապահումներ կա նրա մասով անգամ հարազատ ՔՊ-ում։ Իշխանականները համարում են, որ խարիզմայից զուրկ և պարբերաբար անհեթեթ իրավիճակներում հայտնվող Արմեն Գրիգորյանը չի կարողանա փոխարինել Փաշինյանին։
