Ինչպես է վարչախումբն օգնում շրջանցել արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները

Բրիտանական «Թելեգրաֆ» պարբերականը հերթական անգամ անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և այլ պետությունների միջոցով Ռուսաստանի դեմ Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու փորձերին։ Մասնավորապես նշել, որ գերմանական ավտոարտադրողները, ինչպես Volkswagen-ը, BMW-ն, Porsche-ն և Mercedes-ը, մեծացրել են իրենց մեքենաների և համալրող բաղադրիչների մատակարարումների ծավալը Կենտրոնական Ասիայի և Հարավային Կովկասի երկրներ, այն բանից հետո, երբ հայտարարել են Ռուսաստանից իրենց դուրս գալու մասին։
Միջազգային ֆինանսական ինստիտուտի տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ գերմանական մեքենաների և համալրող բաղադրիչների արտահանումը զգալի աճել է։ Առաջատարը Ղրղզստանն է, որտեղ այս տարվա առաջին 9 ամիսներին, 2019 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, աճը կազմել է 5500 %։ Հայաստանը երկրորդն է ՝ 720 % աճով։ Ցուցակում նաև Ղրղզստանը և Վրաստանն են, ինչը վկայում է, որ Ռուսաստանն օգտագործում է երրորդ երկրները՝ շրջանցելու արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները և ապահովելու օտարերկրյա ապրանքների հասանելիությունը, ընդ որում արևմտյան մամուլը բազմիցս գրել է, որ խոսքը միայն մեքենաների մասին չէ, այլ նաև բազմաթիվ այլ ապրանքների, նույնիսկ միկրոչիպերի, որոնք կենսական անհրաժեշտություն ունեն զենքի արտադրության համար։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Ռուսաստանի՝ Ուկրաինա ներխուժումից հետո, բազմիցս հայտարարել են, թե չեն շրջանցում արևմտյան պատժամիջոցները, մինչդեռ Արևմուտքից լիովին հակառակ տեղեկություններ են ստացվում։ Այս վերջին զգուշացումը կարող է նույնիսկ քաղաքական հետևանքներ ունենալ, հատկապես, որ Արևմուտքի և Ադրբեջանի սրվող հարաբերությունները կարգավորվելու միտում ունեն։ Արևմուտքը չի ցանկանում իր ձեռքից բաց թողնել նավթային հսկա դարձած Ադրբեջանի հնարավորությունները և դրա համար կարող է զոհել Հայաստանին, և որքան Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը նետվում են Արևմուտքի գիրկը, այնքան Արևմուտքն ավելի կոշտ արձագանք է տալիս։
