Ալավերդիում դեկտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի ունեցածը «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը որակում է որպես «ոստիկանական հեղաշրջում»

Նախորդ տարի տեղի ունեցած ընտրությունների արդյունքում «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը, համագործակցելով «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես» կուսակցության հետ, ստանձնել է համայնքի կառավարումը՝ համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրելով Արկադի Թամազյանին։

Մեկ տարի է՝ իշխանություններն ամենատարբեր լծակներով փորձում են խոչընդոտել համայնքի ղեկավարի և իր թիմի աշխատանքները՝ վնասելով համայնքի զարգացմանը։ Համայնքում իշխանությունը ստանձնած թիմի ավագանու անդամների նկատմամբ մի քանի ամիս իրականացվել են ամենատարբեր ճնշումներ և առաջարկներ։ Արդյունքում, ավագանու անդամներից մեկի՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության կողմն անցնելու արդյունքում՝ արդեն 3 ամիս է՝ խոչընդոտվում է ավագանու նիստերը։

Օրեր առաջ էլ ավագանու անդամների կողմից օրենքի խախտումով նախաձեռնվել է համայնքի ղեկավարին անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթաց, որը տեղի է ունեցել դեկտեմբերի 5-ին։

Ժողովրդավարության մասին հեքիաթներ պատմող իշխանությունը՝ ոստիկանության զորքերի ավելի քանի 1100 աշխատակիցներով շրջափակել էր համայնքապետարանի շենքը՝ փակելով շենքի մուտքը։ Արդյունքում խոչընդոտվել էր «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության մի քանի ավագանու անդամների, համայնքապետարանի բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցների, քաղաքացիների մուտքը շենք։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ոստիկանության հրահանգով փրկարար ծառայության աշխատակիցները կոտրել են նիստերի դահլիճի դուռը, որից հետո ոստիկանության զորքերի ուղեկցությամբ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անդամները, օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանության մի քանի ներկայացուցիչների հետ ներս են մտել դահլիճ։

Ոստիկանության զորքերը արգելել են դահլիճ մտնել համայնքի ղեկավարին և այլ անձանց։

Օրենքի կոպիտ խախտումով, ժամը 10:00 սկսվել է նիստը՝ առանց համայնքի ղեկավարի (ՏԻՄ օրենք, հոդված 64), որից հետո 10:27 համայնքի ղեկավարը, ոստիկանության զորքերի համաձայնությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ մտել է նիստերի դահլիճ՝ արձանագրելու նիստի ոչ իրավազոր լինելը։ Մի քանի վայրկյան անց, ոստիկանության զորքերը, բռնություն գործադրելով, դահլիճից դուրս են հանել համայնքի ղեկավարին՝ խոչընդոտելով իր լիազորությունների կատարումը։

Արդյունքում, ոստիկանության զորքերը Ալավերդի համայնքում իրականացրել են հեղաշրջում։

Ալավերդի համայնքում ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված իշխանությունը զոռբայությամբ և ապօրինի կերպով խլելու գործընթացը իրականացվել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի հովանավորությամբ և հանձնարարությամբ։
Պետությունը քանդելու քաղաքականության ճանապարհին՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն ունեն մեկ նպատակ՝ պահպանել իրենց իշխանությունը։

Երկրում իրապես ժողովրդավարություն հաստատելու ճանապարհին՝ ամբողջական իշխանափոխությունը այլընտրանք չունի։
