Ադրբեջանի փորձագիտական շրջանակներում որպես ռազմական փորձագետ և հայագետ ներկայացող, հայտնի և «լուրջ մասնագետ» Թելման Գասիմովի՝ ս.թ. դեկտեմբերի 5-ին տարածած տեսագրության վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտնում է, որ Թելման Գասիմովը նշված տեսագրությունը ստացել է դեռևս 2017թ. նոյեմբերին երկքաղաքացի «Ա. Ք.»-ից, ով տեսագրել է շենքը, որտեղ «ծնվել և մեծացել է» Թ.Գասիմովը և ուղարկել նրան: Սակայն, Թ.Գասիմովը 6 տարի անց այդ տեսանյութի մոնտաժման եղանակով՝ տեսագրությանն ավելացնելով իր ձայնը, էժանագին քարոզչությամբ փորձում է հայ հասարակության մեջ տարածել խուճապային տրամադրություններ և դրանով իր «կշիռը» բարձրացնել ադրբեջանական լսարանում:
