Վաղն արդեն Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդի քաղաքում լուրջ խժդժություններ են սպասվում։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» անցած ամիսներին լուրջ ճնշումներ է գործադրել ոչ միայն Ալավերդու ավագանու «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության և գործող քաղաքապետ Արկադի Թամազյանի, այլ նաև «Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի» նկատմամբ՝ փորձելով ՀԱԿ ավագանու մեկ անդամին քաշել իրենց կողմը և այդ միջոցով իրականացնել իշխանափոխությունն Ալավերդիում։

«Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի» փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ Լոռու մարզպետի և այլ ՔՊ-ականների մակարդակով իրենց սպառնացել են, քաղաքական կաշառք առաջարկել, տարբեր խոստումներ տվել, անգամ եղել են սպառնալիքներ կրիմինալ աշխարհի կողմից։ ՀԱԿ-ը ճնշումների չի ենթարկվել, իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» այլ ելքեր է փնտրել, կարողացել է իր կողմը գրավել ավագանու «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության անդամներից մեկին։

Այս պահի դրությամբ ավագանու 27 անդամներից 14-ը կարելի է ասել ՔՊ-ականներ են, որոնք ամեն գնով ցանկանում են իշխանափոխություն իրականացնել։ Մինչ «Ապրելու երկիրն» ու «Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսը» հայտարարում են, որ դա ապօրինի է, իսկ քաղաքապետ Արկադի Թամազյանը նշել է, որ վերջերս իրեն պաշտոնանկ անելու մեկ այլ փորձ ձախողվել է, ինչից հետո առնվազն մեկ տարի հետո ինքը մեկ տարի իրավունք ունի աշխատելու, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ «Քաղպայմանագիրն» բավական մարտական է տրամադրված։

Առանց «Ապրելու երկրի» և «Հայ ազգային կոնգրեսի» մասնակցությամբ մտադիր են հենց իրենք նիստ գումարել և ուժով քաղաքապետին հեռացնել իր պաշտոնից։ Արկադի Թամազյանն, օրինակ, առաջարկել է «Քաղպայմանագրին» դիմել դատարան։ ՔՊ-ն դատարան դիմելու մտադրություն չունի, ընդհակառակն ուժով զավթելու են իշխանությունը և այն ժամանակ արդեն «Ապրելու երկիրն» է ստիպված լինելու բախել դատարանների դռները։ Հատկապես այժմ չափազանց կարևոր է տեղերում ընդդիմադիր համայնքապետերի և կուսակցությունների ողնաշարը կոտրել, քանի որ իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների։
