Իշխանության գլուխ կանգնած քաղաքական ուժը կա՛մ պետք է փոխի իր նախընտրական ծրագրերում առկա դրույթները, կա՛մ պետք է հրաժարական տա։
ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում հայատրարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը՝ ներկայացնելով «Հայաքվե» քաղաքացիական օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության առաջադրած օրակարգային հարցի մասին խմբակցության հայտարարության նախագիծը։
«Եթե մեծամասնություն կազմող ՔՊ-ն իր որոշմամբ է մեծ հաշվով հնարավորություն տալու այս հայտարարությունը ընդունել կամ մերժել՝ կամ պետք է առաջարկի նախընտրական ծրագրի և կառավարության ծրագրով ամրագրված և ստանձնած պարտավորության այլ ճանապարհային քարտեզ, եթե դա էլ չի անում, բնականաբար, վերջին լուծումը մնում է հրաժարական և հեռացում»,-հայտարարեց Մինասյանը
Նա նշեց, որ առաջին անգամ է, որ 58 հազար քաղաքացու ստորագրությամբ հանրությունն օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն է ներկայացրել, ինչն ամարագրված է հայտարարության մեջ։
«Սա կարևոր գործիք է այն քաղաքական ուժերի հանդեպ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու, որոնք նախընտրական ծրագրերում և իրենց հայտարարություններում ամրագրել են նորմեր, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է նաև քաղաքացիների կողմից ընթացիկ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու առումով»,-հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղարը։
