Նախաքննության տասը ամիսների ընթացքում ամեն ինչ արվել է ծածկադմփոց անելու, գործի չբացահայտման համար։ MediaHub.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ազատի զինվորական կացարանում բռնկված հրդեհի հետևանքով զոհված 15 զինծառայողների ներկայացուցիչների փաստաբան Նորայր Նորիկյանը՝ անդրադառնալով երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի մեկին տեղի ունեցած դատական նիստին։

Նրա խոսքով՝ նիստը լարված է անցել, քանի որ իրենք չեն հավատում բենզինի հետ վարվելու կանոնները խախտելու պաշտոնական վարկածին։

«Նիստի լարվածության պատճառներից մեկն էլ հենց սա է»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Բացի այդ, նրա խոսքով՝ այլ պատճառներ էլ կան, օրինակ՝ գործի նախաքննությունից հետո տուժող կողմին ընդամենը երեք օր ժամանակ են տվել գործի ավելի քան 20 հատորին ծանոթանալու համար, ինչը հնարավոր չէ։

«Մեղադրող կողմն այս ընթացքում փնթի է աշխատել, և այն հանգամանքը, որ և՛ պաշտպանական կողմը, և՛ տուժող կողմը նույն կարծիքին են, խոսում է մեր պնդման օբյեկտիվության մասին»,- նկատեց նա։

Նորայր Նորիկյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ դատավարության ընթացքում մեղադրող կողմին բացարկ հայտնելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել, բայց դատարանը դա մերժել է։

«Հիմա հաջորդը տուժողների հարցաքննությունն է լինելու, դատարան են հրավիրվելու պատահարի ժամանակ կացարանում եղած երկու ու ողջ մնացած ծառայողները։ Դատավորը նրանց դեկտեմբերի 8-ին Սևանի դատարան բերելու որոշում կայացրեց»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
