«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iz.ru-ն «Լոլիկը փչացել է. Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև նոր սկանդալ է հասունանում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» հայտնել է, թե հայկական գյուղատնտեսական մթերքներում՝ ծաղիկներ, բանջարեղեն, միրգ, ավելի շատ վնասատուներ են հայտնվել։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս տարի տեսուչները հայտնաբերել են 72 խախտում, ընդ որում՝ նոյեմբերի 2426-ը՝ ընդամենը երեք օրվա ընթացքում, 36 խախտում: Միաժամանակ, «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորն» ընդգծել է, որ հայկական գյուղմթերքը հաշվառվել է բոլոր կանոններով, նրանց տրամադրվել են անհրաժեշտ սերտիֆիկատներ։

Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանի պետական կառույցներն են նվազեցրել վերահսկողությունը, ինչը «վտանգ է ներկայացնում Ռուսաստանի բուսասանիտարական բարեկեցության համար»։ Միաժամանակ, «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորը» պնդում է, որ սահմանին բուսասանիտարական հսկողությունն իրականացվում է նախկինի պես, բեռների ստուգման ու մաքսազերծման կանոնները չեն փոխվել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, հայկական լրատվամիջոցներում տարածվում է այն կարծիքը, որ խնդիրները ծագել են քաղաքական տարաձայնությունների պատճառով։ Նշվում է, որ ռուս տեսուչները վնասատուներ սկսել են հայտնաբերել անմիջապես այն բանից հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է գնալ Մինսկ՝ ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովին։

Իսկ ի՞նչ են ասում փորձագետները: ՄԳԻՄՕ-ի Կովկասյան հիմնախնդիրների և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության կենտրոնի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Նիկոլայ Սիլաևը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարության քաղաքականությունը կարող է տնտեսական դժվարություններ առաջացնել: «Ես չէի ուռճացնի սահմանին առկա կուտակումների նշանակությունը։ Ինձ թվում է, որ խոսքն իսկապես ինչ-որ տեխնիկական խափանումների մասին է։ Բայց պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել Հայաստանի ղեկավարության պահվածքին։ Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ Երևանը ձգտում է խզել քաղաքական կապերն ու դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, պահպանել տնտեսական փոխգործակցության բարձր մակարդակը։ Ես չեմ հասկանում, թե ինչպե՞ս է դա հնարավոր»,- ընդգծել է նա։

Կովկասագետ Արթուր Աթաևը նույնպես կարծում է, որ քաղաքական տարաձայնությունները կարող են տնտեսական խնդիրներ առաջացնել։ «Չեմ կարծում, որ սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակը քաղաքականության հետ կապ ունի: Մենք գիտենք, որ Վերին Լարսի տարածքում առատ ձյան տեղումներ են եղել, մեծ հերթեր են գոյացել, և խոսքը հայ փոխադրողների նկատմամբ հատուկ հակազդեցության մասին չէ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ մենք տեսնում ենք, որ երկու երկրների հարաբերություններում խնդիրներն աճում են։ Առայժմ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը խուսափել է կտրուկ շարժումներից, բայց եթե բանը հասնի լուրջ սառեցման, ապա Հայաստանի համար հետևանքները ծանր կլինեն։ Երկիրը կարող է ընկղմվել խոր ճգնաժամի մեջ, էներգակիրների դեֆիցիտ կառաջանա, գործազրկությունը կաճի։ Եվ այդ ամենն ուղեկցվելու է քաղաքական տուրբուլենտությամբ ու բողոքի ակցիաներով»,- ենթադրել է փորձագետը։
