Ո՞ւմ է ՔՊ-ն ուզում Ալավերդի համայնքի ղեկավար կարգել․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես հայտնի է, ՔՊ-ն որոշել է նախաձեռնել Ալավերդի համայնքի ղեկավար, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ Արկադի Թամազյանին անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթաց, և որպես համայնքի ղեկավարի թեկնածու է առաջադրել ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Ղումաշյանին։ Ըստ տեղեկությունների, նախկին ՀՀԿ անդամ, ՀՀԿ Շնողի պատասխանատու Ղումաշյանը պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի հովանավորյալն է, և բավական է թռուցիկ անցնել լրատվամիջոցների «էջերով», պարզ է դառնում, որ նրա հետ կապված են բազմաթիվ աղմկահարույց պատմություններ։ Ի մասնավորի, ժամանակին որպես Շնող համայնքի ղեկավար՝ դատարանից հետ էր վերցրել համայնքի բողոքը նախկին գյուղապետ Հայկազ Քոչինյանի դեմ, որը սեփականաշնորհել էր գյուղի ամբուլատորիան։
2018 թ. մարտին էլ, դարձյալ համաձայն մամուլի հրապարակումների, գյուղապետ Դավիթը ծեծի էր ենթարկել գյուղացիներին, որի վերաբերյալ ոստիկանությունում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվել։ Նման մի պատմություն էլ տեղի է ունեցել այս տարվա հուլիսին, երբ արդեն որպես ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավար՝ Ղումաշյանը նորից ծեծկռտուքի մասնակից էր դարձել. քրեական գործ, սակայն, այդպես էլ չհարուցվեց։ Մամուլում առկա են մի շարք այլ հրապարակումներ Դավիթ Ղումաշյանի կողմից անտառահատումների, լրագրողի աշխատանքը խոչընդոտելու հետ կապված և այլն:
Ալավերդիում խոսում են նաև հնարավոր չարաշահումների մասին՝ Ղումաշյանի, որպես Շնող համայնքի ղեկավար, գործունեության ընթացքում, որը հիմա Ալավերդի խոշորացված համայնքի մաս է կազմում։ Ի դեպ, այսօր տեղի կունենա «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ Մեսրոպ Առաքել յանի և «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանի համատեղ հրատապ մամուլի ասուլիսը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, թեման հենց Ալավերդիում տիրող վիճակին է վերաբերելու:
