Այլևս արձանագրված փաստ է, որ օրվա իշխանություններն այլ զբաղմունք ու նպատակ չունեն, քան ուզուրպացնել իշխանությունը՝ անձնական և խմբակային շահերի համար։
 
Երկրի անվտանգության համար պատասխանատուները իրենց ռեսուրսը ծախսում են վարչության նիստերում քննարկելու համայքներում իշխանություն խլելու գործընթացը։ Թե սահմանում ինչ է կատարվում և ինչ հնարավոր նոր աղետների կարող է հասնել երկիրը, իրենց օրակարգում չէ։
 
Արցախը հանձնած և երկիրը նոր փորձությունների տանող քաղաքական համար մեկ պատասխանատուները՝ վարչապետը և յուր պաշտպանության նախարարը, որոշել են ակտիվ զբաղվել Ալավերդիում իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու փորձերով։ Եվ սա առաջին դեպքը չէ։
 
Մեր քաղաքական թիմը Ալավերդիում ստացել է ժողովրդի վստահությունը և չի պատրաստվում թողնել այն մի խումբ իշխանատենչների։ Մենք բոլոր օրինական ճանապարհներով պաշտպանելու ենք ժողովրդի քվեն շարունակելու համար Ալավերդի համայնքի զարգացման ծրագրերը։
 
Միևնույն ժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ընդդիմադիր ՔՊ խմբակցությունն ամեն կերպ խոչընդոտում է ավագանու նիստերը և մի շարք կարևոր ծրագրերի իրականացումը, մենք պատրաստ ենք նաև քննարկել ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու հարցը։
 
Ի դեպ, բազմիցս ենք ասել, որ մեր կողմից կառավարվող բոլոր համայնքներում անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ ենք նոր ընտրությունների՝ ցույց տալու, թե ինչպես ենք աշխատանքով ամրապնդում մեր ստացած վստահության քվեն։
 
Փոքրամասնության այս իշխանությունը վերածվել է իրական չարիքի ժողովրդի և պետության համար։
