ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի խորհուրդը հաստատեց Եվգենիյ Մոտովիլովին՝ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի-տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնին։ Նա կվերահսկի Բանկի կորպորատիվ բիզնեսի զարգացման դեպարտամենտի աշխատանքը և պատասխանատու կլինի միջին և փոքր բիզնեսի զարգացման ռազմավարության իրականացման համար։

Եվգենիյ Մոտովիլովն ավարտել է Մարիյան պետական ​​տեխնիկական համալսարանը՝ «Կառավարում» մասնագիտությամբ  և Տնտեսագիտության բարձրագույն դպրոցը՝ «Ֆինանսներ և բանկեր» մասնագիտությամբ, ունի MBA որակավորում: 2004թ․-ից նա ղեկավար պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել Ռուսաստանի տարբեր բանկերում, որտեղ ղեկավարել է կորպորատիվ ուղղվածությունը։ ՎՏԲ խմբին է միացել 2013թ․-ին: 2018թ․-ին նշանակվել է «Возрождение» բանկի խորհրդի նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնին, իսկ 2021թ․-ին ղեկավարել է «Запсибкомбанк»-ը։ 2023թ․-ի սեպտեմբերից նա նշանակվել էր ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար:

«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնում երկրի՝ արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող ընկերություններին և ձեռնարկություններին սպասարկելուն և աջակցելուն։ Մենք ունենք նաև ծրագրեր ավելացնելու գործառնական եկամուտը և ներգրավելու հաճախորդների նոր բազա: Այս առումով, Եվգենիյ Մոտովիլովի փորձը, ով երկար ժամանակ աշխատել է կորպորատիվ սեգմենտում, կօգնի մեզ հասնել մեր նպատակներին»,- նշանակումը մեկնաբանել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն - Տնօրինության նախագահ Արա Ավագյանը: 

«Այսօր բանկը սպասարկում է Հայաստանում ավելի քան 11 հազար կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների։ Մենք միջին և փոքր բիզնեսի ընկերություններին առաջարկում ենք վարկավորման, միջոցների տեղաբաշխման, երաշխիքային պրոդուկտների և հաշիվների սպասարկման ամենապահանջված տեսակները: Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք միշտ ձգտում ենք լինել շուկայում մրցունակ և առաջարկել համագործակցության շահավետ պայմաններ։ Մենք նախատեսում ենք շարունակել ընդլայնել մեր մասնակցությունը բիզնեսի սպասարկման շուկայում և ներգրավել նոր գործընկերներ»,- նշել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Եվգենիյ Մոտովիլովը։

Այսօր ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանի հաճախորդներին հասանելի են բանկի 53 մասնաճյուղեր, այդ թվում՝ իրավաբանական անձանց սպասարկող մասնագիտացված մասնաճյուղ, ավելի քան 190 բանկոմատներ և 50-ից ավելի վճարային տերմինալներ ամբողջ երկրի տարածքում:
