Բաքուն հաստատապես հավատում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղ գոյակցության պատմական հնարավորությանը, երեկ Սկոպյեում, ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական 30-րդ համաժողովի ժամանակ, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը։
«Չնայած ավերածություններին ու չսպիացած վերքերին, հենց Ադրբեջանն է նախաձեռնել Հայաստանի հետ միջպետական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը», - ըստ APA-ի, ասել է Բայրամովը՝ նշելով, թե «այլ սուբյեկտների կողմից նախաձեռնվող աշխարհաքաղաքական ինտրիգների շարունակությունն անարդյունավետ է և միայն ծառայում է խաղաղ գործընթացի ձգձգմանը»։
Թե ինչ սուվբյեկտների մասին է խոսքը, Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը չի հստակեցրել։
Նա նշել է, թե Բաքուն հստակ հանձնառու է խաղաղությանը, թեև գործընթացը ձգձգվում է։
Բայրամովը նաև բողոքել է, թե «Հայաստանից ավելի քան երկուսուկես ամիս պահանջվեց համաձայնագրի նախագծի վերաբերյալ իր մեկնաբանությունները վերջնականապես ներկայացնելու համար»։
«Որոշ կողմերի կողմնակալ և միակողմանի գործողությունները լրջորեն ազդում են գործընթացի վրա», - կրկին անուններ չնշելով՝ հայտարարել է Բայրամովը՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ «Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը պատմական հնարավորություն ունեն լավ հարաբերություններ հաստատելու և որպես երկու պետություն խաղաղ գոյակցելու համար»։
«Ժամանակն է օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից: Հայաստանը պետք է գիտակցի, որ խաղաղության ճանապարհն անցնում է երկկողմանի երկխոսությամբ և հարևանների հետ նորմալ հարաբերություններով», - եզրափակել է Բայրամովը։
