Դեկտեմբերի 1-ը ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրն է

Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին ողջ աշխարհում նշվում է ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրը` պայքար չարիքի դեմ, որը միայն անցած տարվա ընթացքում շուրջ 2 միլիոն մարդու կյանք է խլել աշխարհում, եւս 33 միլիոն վարակակիրներ շարունակում են մաքառել հիվանդության դեմ։
Հայաստանում ՄԻԱՎ վարակի առաջին դեպքերն արձանագրվել են 1988 թվականին, անցած երկու տասնամյակի ընթացքում դրանց թիվը հասել է շուրջ 800-ի, ընդ որում` 134-ը արձանագրվել է հենց այս տարվա ընթացքում։ «Վերջին տարիներին արձանագրվող դեպքերի աճը վկայում է մի քանի պատճառների մասին», – ասում է ՁԻԱՀ-ի կանխարգելման հանրապետական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սամվել Գրիգորյանը եւ մանրամասնում. – «Այժմ արդեն ընդլայնվել են հիվանդության լաբորատոր ախտորոշման հնարավորությունները։ Աճել է հետազոտությունների թիվը, եւ բարելավվել է ՄԻԱՎ վարակի հայտնաբերումը: Դեպքերի թիվն աճել է նաեւ այն պատճառով, որ վերջին տարիներին ավելացել է արդեն իսկ ՄԻԱՎ վարակ ախտորոշումով մեր քաղաքացիների հետհոսքը ԱՊՀ-ի երկրներից դեպի Հայաստան»:
Վիճակագրության համաձայն, Հայաստանում վարակվածների մեծ մասը՝ շուրջ 70 տոկոսը, տղամարդիկ են, ընդ որում, նրանց կեսից ավելին երիտասարդ են՝ 25-39 տարեկան։ Հիվանդների շուրջ մեկ երրորդի մոտ ՄԻԱՎ-ը հասել է վերջնային փուլին՝ ՁԻԱՀ-ին, որը Հայաստանում արդեն շուրջ 200 հարյուր մարդու կյանք է խլել։
«Վարակի փոխանցման հիմնական ուղիները մնում են նույնը. հետերոսեքսուալ ճանապարհը` դեպքերի կեսը, թմրամիջոցների ներարկային օգտագործման միջոցով վարակումը` 41 տոկոսը դեպքերի, եւ սրանցից բացի` Հայաստանում արձանագրվել են մորից երեխային, արյան եւ հոմոսեքսուալ ճանապարհներով ՄԻԱՎ վարակի փոխանցման դեպքեր», – ասում է հանրապետական կենտրոնի տնօրենը։
Վերջին տարիներին հիվանդության դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ արձանագրվել են նաեւ դրական միտումներ, մասնավորապես` հակառետրովիրուսային բուժման շնորհիվ ՄԻԱՎ վարակը այժմ համարվում է ոչ թե անբուժելի, այլ քրոնիկ հիվանդություն։ Գիտական հայտնագործույթունների շնորհիվ հիմա արդեն հնարավոր է կառավարել վարակի զարգացումն ու երկարաձգել ՄԻԱՎ-ով ապրողների կյանքը։
Մյուս կողմից, առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության զեկույցի համաձայն, կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների արդյունքում վերջին 8 տարիների ընթացքում հնարավոր է եղել շուրջ 17 տոկոսով նվազեցնել հիվանդությամբ վարակվողների թիվը։
