«Սևան» ՔԿՀ-ում հացադուլ հայտարարած ցմահ դատապարտյալներից մեկը երեկ գիշեր վատացել է։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են MediaHub.am-ի աղբյուրները։

 «Գիշերը «սկոռի» եկավ, դատապարտյալին ասացին՝ գրավոր դիմում գրի, որ հացադուլից դուրս ես գալիս, որ հիվանդանոց տանենք։
 Ինքը հացադուլը չդադարեցրեց, բայց ասաց, որ ուզում է հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվել։ Էդ պատասխանից հետո հիվանդանոց չտարան։ Էդ մարդն էլ քաղցկեղ ունի, գլխացավից մեռնում էր»,- ներկայացրեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Նա տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ հացադուլ հայտարարած յոթ դատապարտյալներից մեկն էլ սկսել է արյուն թքել, վիճակն օր օրի վատանում է։

«Փաստացի, դատապարտյալների իրավունքները խախտվում են, ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից եկել, ասել են, որ իրավունք չունեն մարդուն հիվանդանոց չտանելու, նման պատճառաբանություն, թե հացադուլից դուրս արի, չի կարող լինել։ Հիմա սպասում են, որ արձագանք լինի»,- պատմեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ցմահ դատապարտյալները պահանջում են հարգել իրենց իրավունքները։ Քսան տարուց ավելի է՝ իրենք անազատության մեջ են, և արդեն իրավունք ունեն բաց կալանքի գնալու, սակայն իրենց այդ իրավունքը չի իրացվում, քանի որ նախորդ տարի Քրեական օրենսգիրքը փոխվել է, և այդ առումով վատթարացնող կարգ է գործում։ Իսկ ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը հստակ նշում է՝ վատթարացնող օրենքները հետադարձ ուժ չեն ունենում։

MediaHub-ը պարզաբանում ստանալու համար դիմեց Քրեակատարողական վարչության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Նոնա Նավիկյանին։

«Առավել ցածր անվտանգային գոտի տեղափոխվելու կապակցությամբ նոյեմբերի 27-ից ՀՀ ԱՆ «Սևան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում հացադուլ հայտարարած 7 ցմահ դատապարտյալներից մեկը նոյեմբերի 29-ին ներկայացրել է գանգատներ առողջության վերաբերյալ։

Հիմնարկի կողմից կանչված շտապօգնության բուժանձնակազմը խորհուրդ է տվել դեղորայքային բուժում, որը ստանալու համար դատապարտյալը պետք է դադարեցնի հացադուլը։ Վերջինս, սակայն, հրաժարվել է բուժումից՝ շարունակելով հացադուլը։
Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 30-ին, նույն դատապարտյալի, ինչպես նաև հացադուլ հայտարարած դատապարտյալներից ևս մեկի համար կրկին կանչվել է շտապօգնություն՝ առողջական խնդիրներից ելնելով։ 

Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողների, բուժաշխատողների և շտապօգնության բուժանձնակազմի հորդորով վերջիններս դադարեցրել են հացադուլը և այժմ գտնվում են հիմնարկի բուժանձնակազմի հսկողության ներքո»,- պարզաբանեց Նոնա Նավիկյանը։
