Նրա խոսքով՝ այս դեպքում ամենավտանգավորը մեզ համար լինելու է այս իշխանության հակառուսականությունը։
«Միշտ ասել եմ, որ մանկապարտեզի մտածողությամբ այս իշխանությունների հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը ոչ թե հայկական շահը հակադրում է ռուսական շահին, ինչը պետք է անել երբեմն, այլ հիմարություն, երբ քո շահի համար չունենալով այլ ստանալիք՝ գնում ու ապտակներ ես հասցնում Ռուսաստանին: Սա մի բախտախնդրի պահվածք է, որը խաղադրույք է դրել սեփական ազգի ճակատագիրը»,- ասաց Լևոն Զուրաբյանը:
