Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հեռուստատեսության աշխատողի օրվա առիթով:

«67 տարի առաջ այս օրը` 1956 թվականի նոյեմբերի 29-ին, տեղի ունեցավ հայկական հեռուստատեսության առաջին հեռարձակումը:

Նախորդ տարի, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության դիմումի հիման վրա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը նոյեմբերի 29-ը սահմանեց Հեռուստատեսության աշխատողի օր: 

Եվ ահա, հեռուստատեսության բոլոր աշխատողների օրը շնորհավորելու հաճելի առիթն ունեմ:

Այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հեռուստատեսային եթերն ազատ է և բազմազան, ինչն աննախադեպ է մեր երկրի պատմության համար: 2018 թվականի Ժողովրդական, ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխությունը Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության, խոսքի ազատության նոր մակարդակ բերեց, ինչն առաջին հերթին հենց հեռուստատեսության ոլորտի աշխատողներն են տեսնում և վայելում:

Հիմա Հայաստանում հեռուստատեսային եթերի որևէ ցենզուրա չկա: Եվ մի քանի անգամ առիթ եմ ունեցել ընդգծելու, որ հեռուստադիտողներն են որոշում՝ որ ալիքին հետևել կամ չհետևել, վստահել կամ չվստահել:

Հաճույքով եմ արձանագրում, որ Հայաստանի Հանրային հեռուստատեսության հանրային վստահությունը գտնվում է աննախադեպ բարձր մակարդակի վրա: Պիտի ընդգծեմ, որ Կառավարությունն աջակցում է հանրային այդ կարևորագույն ռեսուրսի զարգացմանը:

2018-2022 թվականների ընթացքում Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը Կառավարությունից շուրջ 1 մլրդ դրամի լրացուցիչ աջակցություն է ստացել: Եվս 880 մլն դրամ նախատեսվում է հատկացնել նոր հեռուստատեսային ստուդիայի կառուցման ծրագրի շրջանակում: Մի շարք միջազգային գործընկերներ ակտիվորեն աջակցում են Հանրային հեռուստատեսության հետագա զարգացմանը և Կառավարությունը շնորհակալությամբ քաջալերում է նրանց այդ ջանքերը:

Հեռուստատեսության հարգելի աշխատողներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ Հեռուստատեսության աշխատողի օրվա առիթով: Տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման այս դարաշրջանում հեռուստատեսությունն այլ ավանդական լրատվամիջոցների շարքում դժվար ժամանակներ է ապրում: Բայց հեռուստատեսության էությունը տեխնիկական միջոցները չեն միայն, այլև ստեղծագործական տաղանդը, հարգանքը և սերը լսարանի նկատմամբ և առաքելության խորը գիտակցումը: Համոզված եմ՝ այս սկզբունքներով առաջնորդվողները միշտ սպասված են և կապ չունի՝ հեռուստացույցի՞, համակարգչի՞, թե սմարթֆոնի էկրանին»:
