Նոյեմբերի 19-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Վերին Լարս անցակետը փակվել է բեռնատարների համար: Պատճառը անբարենպաստ եղանակային պայմաններն են: Հետո դրան գումարվեց նաև քաղաքական կոնտեքստը, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ մի շարք հակառուսական հայտարարություններ արեց:

Դրանից հետո իրավիճակը էլ ավելի լարվեց, շատ բեռնատարբեր ՌԴ-ն հետ է ուղարկում Հայաստան:

Եվ ահա այսօր ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հետևայլ գրառումն արեց, բազմաթիվ տնտեսագետների, գործարարների ու տնտեսվարողների վրդովմունքն առաջացնելով․

«Հիմա չափազանց կարևոր է, որ հայերը՝ Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում գնեն բացառապես հայկական արտադրության ապրանքներ՝ գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներ, խմիչք, Հայաստանի ընկերությունների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայություններ: Որևէ ԼԱՐՍԻ անցակետ փակելը մեր վրա չի ազդի, եթե Հայաստանի բիզնեսը նոր շուկաներ գտնի»։ Սա նշանակում է, որ բեռնատարների վարորդները պետք է վերադառնան հետ։

Լարսում իրավիճակը, մեղմ ասած, օր-օրի վատթարանում է: MediaHub-ը շարունակում է ահազանգեր ստանալ Ռուսաստանի սահմանին մնացած հայկական բեռնատարների վարորդներից, որոնց, հասկանալի պատճառներով, սրտով չէ իրենց ապրանքը Հայաստան հետ բերելու հեռանկարը.

«Այս ամենը քաղաքականություն է։ Երեկ ես վարդերս տվեցի Լարսում լաբորատորիա՝ փորձաքննության։ Թարմ վարդը տվեցի երեկ, իսկ այսօր ստացա չորացած վարդ։ Սենց բան ո՞նց կարող է լինի, այսպիսի բան երբեք չի եղել։ Լարսում մեզ ռուս սահմանապահներն ասում են՝ «скажите спасибо Пашиняну», ասում են, որ ամենը քաղաքականություն է։ Այստեղ դիզվառելիքի խնդիր ունենք, իմ համար երեկ ուրիշ քաղաքից բերել են դիզվառելիք»,- ասաց մեզ ահազանգած վարորդներից մեկը։

Ըստ նրա, այսպիսի բան չի եղել, անգամ դիզվառելիք թույլ չեն տալիս գնալ բերել, ստիպված ուրիշներին խնդրում են այլ քաղաքաներից դիզվառելիք բերեն։ Ռուս սահմապահներն ասում են, որ հայ բեռնատարները դժվար թե անցնեց և, հետևաբար, ժամ առաջ թող վերադառնան Հայաստան։ 

Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով, շաբաթ օրվանից անցել են միայն այն բեռանատարները, որոնք տրանզիտ գնում էին Բելառուս։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան է արտահանվում ձկնամթերք, մսամթերք, միրգ-բանջարեղեն, անգամ տեղական արտադրության ծաղիկներ։ Այս ամենը, սակայն, առաջիկայում դժվար թե ՌԴ հասնի, քանի որ երկրի առաջնորդը հակառուսական շեշտադրումներով մի շարք հայտարարություններ է արել։ Եվ տուժում է ինչպես միշտ շարքային քաղաքացին։
