Արցախից բռնի տեղահանվածները ևս կարող են դառնալ սահմանամերձ գյուղերում պետական աջակցությամբ սեփական տուն կառուցելու ծրագիրի շահառու։

Այս մասին Կառավարության «Հումանիտար» կենտրոնի ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ տեղեկացրեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը։

Նախարարը մանրամասնեց, որ դրա համար արցախցիները պետք է սահմանամերձ 80 բնակավայրից մեկում ունենան հողատարածք, որտեղ էլ հնարավոր կլինի կառուցել սեփական տուն։

«Պետության աջակցության թիվը կազմում է 16 մլն դրամ, այս գումարի շրջանակներում շահառուները կարող են նախագծել իրենց սեփական տունը։ Բայց սա չի բացառում, որ տունը չի կարող լինել ավելի մեծ բնակելի մակերեսով։ Այս դեպքում, եթե 16 մլն դրամը գերազանցում է, քաղաքացիներն իրենք պետք է մնացած գումարն ապահովեն»,- նշեց Խաչատրյանը։

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ ծրագրի շահառու կարող են դառնալ բնակչության ռեգիստրում գրանցված ամուսիններ, որոնք նաև ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ են, և, եթե ունեն սահմանամերձ բնակավայրում հողատարածք, սեփական տուն կառուցելու համար կարող են դիմել պետության աջակցությանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ կառավարությունը հաստատել է սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում ընտանիքների բնակարանային մատչելիության ապահովման պետական աջակցության 2022-2024 թվականների ծրագիրը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս շահառուներին պետական աջակցությամբ կառուցելու անհատական բնակելի տուն սահմանամերձ 80 բնակավայրերում:

Պետության կողմից սուբսիդավորվող չափը վարկի մայր գումարի գծով կազմում է մինչև 16 միլիոն դրամ և դրա նկատմամբ հաշվեգրվող՝ մինչև 13 տոկոս տոկոսագումար: Այսինքն՝ եթե շահառուն բանկից ստանում է 16 միլիոն դրամ վարկ 13 տոկոսով, 10 տարի մարման ժամկետով, ինքը որևէ պարտավորություն տվյալ վարկի շրջանակում չունի, ամբողջն իրականացնում է պետությունը: Եթե վարկի չափն ավելին է, տարբերության մասով ամսական վճարումներն իրականացնում է իր միջոցներով։
