«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը յուր «կարկառուններից» մեկի շուրթերով հռչակեց, թե՝ քանի որ 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության հետ կապված Ռուսաստանի բոլոր երաշխավորումները չեն կատարվել, այսպես կոչված՝ «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» Արևմուտքի երաշխավորությամբ են կնքելու: Իսկ ի՞նչ արժեն արևմտյան երկրների երաշխավորությունները: Կարելի է, իհարկե, սեփական պատմությունից բազմաթիվ օրինակներ բերել, լինի դա «թղթե շերեփի» (Բեռլինի կոնֆերանս) պատմությունը, թե, ասենք, Կիլիկիայի հետ կատարվածը: Կարելի է անգամ Սևրի դաշնագրի հետ կապված պատմությունը հիշեցնել, հիշեցնել 1920 թվականին Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության համար ճակատագրական որոշումները, թե ինչպես Հայաստանի այն ժամանակվա իշխանությունը հենվեց արևմտյան երաշխիքների վրա ու մեն-մենակ և անօգնական հայտնվեց թուրք-բոլշևիկյան ագրեսիայի դիմաց:

Ու դա ինչ արժեցավ Հայաստանին, ու ինչպես ենք մինչև հիմա մեր մաշկի վրա զգում այդ «երաշխավորված» սխալի ծանրագույն հետևանքները, ներառյալ Նախիջևանի կորուստը, Արցախի օտարումն ու Առաջին Հանրապետության անկումը: Բայց կարելի է և «համաշխարհային ընթացիկ» պատմությունից բավականին ցցուն օրինակ բերել, որի մասին նախորդ համարում ակնարկել էինք: Հիշողներ կլինեն, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, հիշեցնենք, որ Ուկրաինայում 2014- ին ծավալված դեպքերի ժամանակ այդ երկրի նախագահը Վիկտոր Յանուկովիչն էր: Երբ խժդժություններն սկսվեցին, բայց դեռ շատ չէին ծավալվել, Յանուկովիչը հավաքական Արևմուտքի միջնորդությամբ (Գերմանիա, Ֆրանսիա և Լեհաստան) ընդդիմության հետ համաձայնություն կնքեց՝ վիճակի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ: Կարճ ասած՝ Արևմուտքի երաշխիքներով Յանուկովիչը բան պայմանավորվեց ուկրաինական ընդդիմության հետ: Այն, ինչ եղավ հետո, «կինոյի սցենար» է, իսկ մեծ հաշվով՝ արդեն գրեթե երկու տարի Ուկրաինայում չդադարող ողբերգության «նախերգանքն» ու հենքը:

Յանուկովիչին տրամադրված «արևմտյան երաշխիքները» թիթեռի կյանք ունեցան, գործեցին երևի 1 օր, քանի որ պայմանավորվելու հաջորդ իսկ օրն սկսվեց «Եվրամայդանը», որի վրա էլ հետագայում եռաց արյունոտ թեյնիկը: Հա, իսկ Յանուկովիչը «գլուխը պրծացրեց»՝ փախչելով կամ ապաստանելով Ռուսաստանում, որը, ի դեպ, նրան զգուշացնում էր, որ արևմտյան երաշխիքները չեն գործելու (տարօրինակ կլիներ, եթե գործեին, որովհետև արևմտյան տերությունների «խաղի» նպատակը հենց Յանուկովիչին տապալելն էր և իրենց խամաճիկներին իշխանության բերելը՝ հետագայում Ուկրաինան Ռուսաստանի դեմ հանելու նպատակով, ինչը և արվեց): Սա այն մասին, թե քանի գրոշ արժեն, եթե ընդհանրապես որևէ բան արժեն «Արևմուտքի երաշխիքները»: Ինչ վերաբերում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ապա հնարավոր է՝ նա էլ ինչոր պահի հետևի Յանուկովիչի օրինակին, թեպետ հազիվ թե նրան Ռուսաստանում ընդունեն, երևի «խորը Արևմուտքին» դիմելն հավանական կլինի: Բայց դա արդեն էական չի լինելու ո՛չ Հայաստանի, ո՛չ էլ «օդային» երաշխիքներ տրամադրողների համար...
