ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն ահազանգում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից նոր՝ լայնածվալ կեղծիքների մեխանիզմի գործարկման մասին։
«Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը նոր մակարդակի կեղծիքներով ստեղծում է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ նոր պահանջների և ռազմական հանցավոր գործողությունների արհեստական հիմքեր։ Սկսել են բերել Հայաստանի կոնկրետ գյուղերի և քաղաքների կեղծ օրինակներ:
Ադրբեջանական պետական քաղաքականության մեր ուսումնասիրությունները վեր են հանել նոր փաստեր։ Մասնավորապես, նրանք արդեն անցել են մանրամասն կեղծիքների: Հայաստանի կոնկրետ գյուղերի կամ քաղաքների (օրինակ՝ Սյունիքում կամ Գեղարքունիքում) օրինակով կեղծիքներով «հիմնավորում» են, թե իբր դրանք «ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ հայերի գործած կոտորածների արդյունքում դատարկվել են և տեղահանվել, ունեզրկվել»։ Ժամանակաշրջանը, որպես կանոն, ընդգրկում է 20-րդ դարի սկզբից 1920-ական թթ․, իսկ հետո էլ կեղծում են 1980-ականների փաստերը:
Սա հետևողական քաղաքականություն է, որ լայնածավալ իրականացվում է ամբողջ Ադրբեջանում և արտերկրում՝ պետական ու իշխանական այլ լրատվամիջոցներով՝ ապահովելով լայնածվալ քարոզչություն։ Սրանով նրանք, նախ, ոչ միայն չեն թողնում, որ մարի հասարակությունում հայատյացությունն ու թշնամանքը, այլև դա խորացնում են։
Այսինքն` առաջ են բերվում առաջին հայացքից մարդասիրական հարցեր, բայց իրականում այդ «մարդասիրական» քողի ներքո նախապատրաստվում են քաղաքական ծրագրեր ու ռազմական ագրեսիայի հիմքեր և ներկայացնում են տարածքային նոր պահանջներ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ: Այս քաղաքականությունն է ընկած հայ զինծառայողների ու բնակչության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների գործած վայրագությունների հիմքում:
Սրանով ստեղծվում են Հայաստանի նկատմամբ «հատուցումների և տարածքային պահանջների», այսպես կոչված, «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» իբր վերադարձի կեղծ հիմքեր՝ նաև ապահովելով Արցախի էթնիկ զտումների և բնակչության զանգվածային բռնի տեղահանումների հայելային կրկնությամբ գործեր»,- գրել է Արման Թաթոյանը։
