Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․
«Արտահերթ ընտրությունների թեման նկատելիորեն ակտիվանում է, և ներքաղաքական պրոցեսը հավանորեն դրան է գնալու։
Իրականությունն այն է, որ այս խորհրդարանն անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ ամենաողբերգական ու ամենաանունակ խորհրդարանն է։ Այս խորհրդարանի գործունեության ընթացքում է եղել.
1. Արցախի գրեթե մեկ տարվա անմարդկային, ֆաշիստական բլոկադա, և խորհրդարանն այդ ընթացքում հանգիստ աշխատել է այլ օրակարգով։
2. Արցախի կորուստ, և այս խորհրդարանը շարունակել է հանգիստ աշխատել թե´ այդ ընթացքում, թե´ դրանից հետո։
Երբ ադրբեջանական զորքը հարձակումից մեկ շաբաթ առաջ տեղակայված էր հայկական բնակավայրերի մատույցներում և պարզ էր, որ աղետ է լինելու, այս խորհրդարանը հանգիստ աշխատում էր։ Սա է փաստը։ Եվ պետական խայտառակությունն այնն է, որ այս խորհրադարանը դեռ շարունակում է գործել։ Հազար տարի էլ անցնի պատմության մեջ, այս խորհրդարանը մնալու է այս բնորոշման մեջ։
Եվ ԱԺ-ում ներկայացված քաղաքական ուժերն այս հարցին պետք է պատասխանեն՝ ներկա և գալիք սերունդների առաջ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ խոսքը չի կարող լինել հավասար պատասխանատվության մասին. պատմական պատասխանատվության վերահսկիչ փաթեթն իշխող ուժին է։ Բայց կա քաղաքական և վարքագծային պատասխանատվության խնդիր։ Միանգամից պատասխանեմ «ի՞նչ կարող էր անել ընդդիմությունը» կոնտր-հարցին։
Նշված պայմաններում ընդդիմության ամենակարևոր առաքելությունը խորհրդարանում և երկրում մթնոլորտ փոխելն էր՝ ամեն կերպ, ամեն օրինական քայլով, գերմարդկային ակտիվությամբ։ Շրջափակման ողջ ընթացքում և Արցախի կորստից հետո խորհրդարանը երկրում ստեղծում է նորմալության իլյուզիա։ Մեր երկում ոչ մի բան նորմալ չէ, բայց ընդդիմության և իշխող ուժի համատեղ-կառուցողական աշխատանքը ստեղծում է այդ իլյուզիան, ինչպես ստեղծում էր շրջափակման ողջ ընթացքում։
Այդ փուլում Արցախ փրկելու մեկ շանս կար՝ փոխել երկրում մթնոլորտը և աշխարհին ցույց տալ, որ Արցախի հայաթափման բազմակողմ համաձայնությունը խափանվում է։ Մենք դրա համար ունեինք 9 ամիս, ինչը քիչ չէր։
Ստացվում է, որ խորհրդարանական կառավարման երկրում հայրենիքի մի մեծ հատված կորցնելուց հետո խորհրդարանը շարունակում է հանգիստ աշխատե՞լ։ Կներեք, սա պետական դեգրադացիայի հատակն է։
Ուրիշ էլ ի՞նչ պետք է լինի, որ իրականությունը պահանջի նոր ընտրություններ և նոր իշխանություն։
«Ո՞վ է գեներացնում արտահերթ ընտրություններ» հարցն ունի մի քանի պատասխան, և դրանցից հիմնականը իրականությունն է։ Թեման ունի այլ ենթահարցեր, որոնց մասին՝ հաջորդիվ»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը։
