Քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը պահանջում է ընդունել Հայաքվեի օրինագիծը. հայտարարություն

Հայաստանի 50 հազարից ավելի քաղաքացի Ազգային ժողով օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն է ներկայացրել, որով պահանջում է քրեականացնել Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից հրաժարվելն ու Արցախն այլ պետության կազմում ճանաչելը։ 2023թ․ սեպտեմբերին ադրբեջանական հերթական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով, որի արդյունքում Արցախն ամբողջովին հայաթափվել է, ենթարկվել ցեղասպանության և վտանգի տակ է Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների գոյությունը,
Հայաքվե օրինագծի ընդունումը դարձել է էլ ավելի արդիական ու էական։ Թեև Արցախի և ժողովրդավարության թշնամիները փորձում են մարդկանց մոտ տպավորություն ստեղծել, որ Արցախի հարցն այլևս գոյություն չունի, սակայն դա հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ Արցախը ստեղծվել է ժողովրդի հանրաքվեով և ժողովրդի ստեղծած պետությունը ոչ ոք իրավասու չէ լուծարելու։ Այս օրինագծի ընդունումը Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը և ժողովրդավարությունը ամրապնդում է քառակի։
Նախ՝ օրենքի նախաձեռնությունն ու իրականացումն է բխել ուղիղ ժողովրդավարությունից, երկրորդ՝ այն պաշտպանում է ժողովրդի ստեղծած պետությունը ադրբեջանական բռնապետությունից, երրորդ պաշտպանում է ժողովրդավար Արցախը ու փորձում է փրկել ժողովրդավար երկրի պետական ժողովրդավար ինստիտուտները, չորրորդ՝ պաշտոնյային օրենքով զրկում է միանձնյա, այսինքն, հակաժողովրդավար գործողություն կատարելուց՝ Արցախն այլ պետության կազմում ճանաչելուց։
2020 թվի նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո և 2023 թվի սեպտեմբերից հետո ստեղծված իրավիճակը ի ցույց դրեց, որ Արցախի անկախությունը և Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը փողկապակցված են և անհրաժեշտ են Հայաստանի, հայերի անվտանգության, իրավունքների պաշտպանության և ժողովրդավարության համար, և Արցախից ու ցեղասպանության ճանաչումից հրաժարումը աղետարար է ու հղի է պետականության, ընտանիքների և անձանց կործանմամբ։
Հետևաբար, Հայաքվեի ընդունումը բխում է մեր կյանքը պաշտպանելու անհրաժեշտությունից։ Հասկանալով, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչելու ապօրինությունը կատարվել է այն թիմի կողմից, որը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում մեծամասնություն է կազմում, այդուհանդերձ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը պահանջում է ընդունել Հայաքվեի օրենքի նախագիծը։
Մյուս ուժերի պատգամավորներից ակնկալում ենք կողմ քվեարկել նախագծին և օժանդակել հանրության շրջանում այս օրենքներն ընդունելու կարևորության ընկալումները բարձրացնելուն։
