«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Ռուսաստանը թույլ չի տալիս հայկական գյուղմթերք տեղափոխող բեռնատարներին անցնել Վերնի Լարսի անցակետով։ Ռուսական կողմը փաստարկ է բերում բուսասանիտարական չափանիշների խախտումը։

Գյուղատնտես Հարություն Մնացականյանը լրատվամիջոցի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ խնդիրը հիմնականում այսօր է առաջացել։ «Ակնհայտ է, որ այս ամենը քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի, ուրիշ որևէ բանի հետ հիմա դժվար է կապել։ Փաստ է, որ դրա արդյունքում բավական շատ արտահանողներ այսօր լուրջ խնդրի առաջ են կանգնել, շատ լուրջ»։

Լրատվամիջոցի հարցին, թե ռուսական կողմն ինչպես է պատճառաբանում արգելքը և արդյոք նախկինում ևս ապրանքն արտահանվե՞լ է նույն փաստաթղթերով՝ Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ խնդիրը ամենևին էլ փաստաթղթերի հետ չի կապված, քանի որ նույնիսկ շան կերը թույլ չեն տվել արտահանել, հետ են վերադարձրել։

«Հետ են վերադարձրել խնձորը, ելակը, ձկնամթերքը, շան կերը, այսինքն, այն ամենն, ինչ հիմա հնարավոր է արտահանել։ Առհասարակ, գյուղմթերքը ցանկացած երկրում ցանկացած հիմնավորմամբ կարող են չընդունել, օրինակ, ասել են՝ ծաղիկի մեջ ինչ-որ որդի տեսակ կա, որը կարանտինի տակ է, ցտեսություն, ձկնամթերքի մեջ ենթադրենք՝ մալախիտ են գտել, ասում են՝ հաջողություն, խնձորի մեջ գտնում են, որ թունաքիմիկատները թույլատրելիից շատ է, ասում են՝ հաջողություն»,-ասել է գյուղատնտեսը։
