Հայաստանում բնակչության 24.8% տոկոսը աղքատ է․ Մարզերից ամենաաղքատը Շիրակն է

2022 թվականին Հայաստանում աղքատության մակարդակը կազմել է 24.8%: 2021 թվականի համեմատ այն նվազել է 1.7 տոկոսային կետով։ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեն այսօր հրապարակել է «Հայաստանի սոցիալական պատկերը և աղքատությունը» հերթական տարեկան զեկույցը։
Հայաստանում ծայրահեղ աղքատության մակարդակն էլ 1.2% է։ Բնակչության այս հատվածը անկարող է բավարարել սննդամթերքի նվազագույն պահանջները։
Բնակչության բարեկեցության, կենսամակարդակի գնահատման կարևոր քանակական ցուցանիշ է համարվում տվյալ երկրում աղքատության մակարդակը։ Աղքատությունն արտահայտվում է տարբեր ձևերով և շոշափում կյանքի տարբեր կողմերը՝ սպառում, պարենային անվտանգություն, առողջություն, կրթություն, իրավունքներ։
Եթե ոչ նյութական աղքատության բնորոշիչներ կարող են լինել վատ առողջությունը, կրթական ցածր մակարդակը, սոցիալական անտեսվածությունը, անպաշտպանվածությունը և այլն, ապա նյութական աղքատության հիմնական չափանիշը սպառումն է։
2022 թվականին աղքատ է գնահատվել այն անձը, որը մեկ ամսում սպառել է մոտ 53 հազար դրամից պակաս (121 ԱՄՆ դոլար): Իսկ ծայրահեղ աղքատների դեպքում այս շեմը մոտ 30 հազար դրամն է (69 դոլար):
2019 թվականից սկսած աղքատության գնահատումը կատարվում է նոր մեթոդաբանությամբ: Հետևաբար, դրանից ավելի վաղ գրանցված ցուցանիշները համադրելի չեն նորի հետ։
Վերջին չորս տարիներին աղքատության ամենաբարձր մակարդակը գրանցվել է 2020 թվականին՝ 27%, որից հետո հաջորդող երկու տարիներին այն ոչ մեծ չափով նվազել է։
2019 թվականին նախորդող հինգ տարիներին աղքատության մակարդակը Հայաստանում աստիճանաբար անկում է ապրել։ Ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը 2013-ին է գրանցվել, ամենացածրը՝ 2018-ին։
Ինչ վերաբերում է ծայրահեղ աղքատությանը, վերջին տասը տարիներին այն չի գերազանցել 3%-ը։
Շիրակն ամենաաղքատ մարզն է
2022 թվականի տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանի գյուղական բնակավայրերում աղքատության մակարդակն ավելի բարձր է (29%), քան քաղաքային բնակավայրերում (22.1%):
Ամենաաղքատ մարզն այս անգամ Շիրակն է։ Նշված մարզում 2022 թվականին աղքատության մակարդակը կազմել է 41.6%: Չնայած, որ նախորդող տարում մարզում աղքատության մակարդակն ավելի բարձր էր՝ 46.9%, սակայն այս տարվա տվյալներով՝ Շիրակն ավելի աղքատ է, քան Գեղարքունիքը, որը 2021-ի տվյալներով ամենաաղքատն էր։
Ուշագրավ է, որ կտրուկ նվազել է աղքատությանը մակարդակը Գեղարքունիքում՝ 2021-ի 49.1%-ից 2022-ին դառնալով 33.9%: Թե ինչով է բացատրվում այս կամ այն մարզում աղքատության խորացումը կամ նվազումը, Վիճկոմիտեի զեկույցում չի մեկնաբանվում։
Շիրակից հետո 2022-ի տվյալներով երկրորդ ամենաաղքատ մարզը Արմավիրն է, հաջորդում է Տավուշը։
Զեկույցում հիշեցվում է, որ 2022 թվականին Հայաստանում երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ է գրանցվել՝ 12.6%: Սակայն, միևնույն ժամանակ բարձր գնաճը բնակչությանն ուղեկցել է տարվա մաբողջ ընթացքում. տարեկան միջին գնաճը կազմել է 8.6%:
