Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկա է գտնվել Երևանի պետական համալսարանում «Երիտասարդներն ընդդեմ բռնության․ պայքարի 16-օրյակ» ծրագրի շրջանակում նոյեմբերի 24-ին տեղի ունեցած «Ես կին եմ» բեմադրությանը և հանդես եկել բացման խոսքով: Հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։ 
 
Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Պաշտպանն ընդգծել է հանդուրժող և համերաշխ միջավայր ունենալու կարևորությունը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության արդյունավետ համակարգ ունենալու և բռնության կանխարգելման տեսանկյունից:  

«Անհնար է ունենալ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության պատշաճ համակարգ առանց հանդուրժող և համերաշխ միջավայրի։ Իսկ հանդուրժող և համերաշխ միջավայրը պարզապես հռչակագրային գաղափար չէ, դրա առկայությունը կամ բացակայությունը մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն ամեն օր իր վրա է զգում։ Ցավով եմ արձանագրում, որ այսօր բացակայում է այն միջավայրը, որը կնպաստեր թե պատշաճ հասարակական հարաբերությունների, թե նաև մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության պատշաճ համակարգի առկայությանը։
 
Պատճառները տարբեր են՝ մենք հանդուրժող չենք մեկս մյուսի նկատմամբ, այնքան էլ զգայուն չենք դիմացինի առանձնահատկությունների նկատմամբ: Այս ամենը հանգեցնում է խտրական միջավայրի ձևավորման, ինչը բավականին վտանգավոր է: Արդյունքում, անհանդուրժողականությունն ի վերջո ծնում է բռնություն՝ կլինի ֆիզիկական, թե հոգեբանական ճնշման տեսքով»,- նշել է Անահիտ Մանասյանը: 

Այս համատեքստում Անահիտ Մանասյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ հանդուրժող միջավայր պետք է ձևավորել համատեղ ուժերով. միայն այդ դեպքում է  հնարավոր ունենալ բռնությունից զերծ հասարակություն: 

Պաշտպանը նաև անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում ընտանեկան բռնության դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին և ընդգծել, որ խնդիրները հասցեագրում է տարբեր կառուցակարգերի միջոցով, այդ թվում` բողոքների քննարկման և օրենսդրական դաշտի կատարելագործմանն ուղղված առաջարկություններ ներկայացնելու, կրթական համակարգի դերակատարների հետ երկխոսություն վարելու միջոցով: 

«Ես կին եմ» բեմադրությունը հիմնված է իրական դեպքերի վրա, ներկայացնում է ընտանեկան բռնության մի քանի պատմություն, երբ կանայք կանգնել են դատարանի առջև որպես մեղադրյալ, մինչդեռ պետք է լինեին տուժողի դերում: 

Ներկայացմանը հաջորդել է քննարկում, որի շրջանակներում Անահիտ Մանասյանը, Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության քաղաքական և մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով պատասխանատու Մարիա Պապամիխայիլը, Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի և կանանց հիմնահարցերի բաժնի պետ Սոֆի Բոստանչյանը, իրավապաշտպան Զարուհի Հովհաննիսյանը և հոգեբան Խաչատուր Գասպարյանը կիսվել են բեմադրության խորհրդի վերաբերյալ իրենց կարծիքով և պատասխանել հանդիսատեսների հարցերին: Որպես մոդերատոր հանդես է եկել «Հանուն հավասար իրավունքների կրթական կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Գայանե Աբրահամյանը: 

Եվրամիության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Երիտասարդներն ընդդեմ բռնության․ պայքարի 16-օրյակ» ծրագիրն իրականացնում է «Հանուն հավասար իրավունքների» կրթական կենտրոն ՀԿ-ն։
