ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթով պարզվել են Երևանի բնակչուհու նկատմամբ վերջինիս որդու կողմից բռնություն գործադրելով հափշտակություն կատարելու (ավազակություն) դեպքի հանգամանքները:

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 6-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի 62-ամյա բնակչուհու 28-ամյա որդին մորից պահանջել է իրեն գումար տալ։ Բացասական պատասխան ստանալով, ավազակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, երիտասարդը հարձակվել է մոր վրա, քաշքշել նրան, նախ խլել պայուսակը, ապա ձեռքով հարվածելով նրան գցել է բազմոցին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Շարունակելով իր հանցավոր դիտավորությունը՝ երիտասարդը մոր պայուսակից հափշտակել է զգալի չափերի՝ 340 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 15.000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչին մայրը փորձել է դիմադրել. տեղից բարձրանալով ու որդու հագուստից քաշքշելով՝ փորձել է հետ վերցնել գումարը, սակայն վերջինս, իր հանցավոր մտադրությունն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով, մորը կրկին հրելով գցել է բազմոցին և, պատուհանից դուրս գալով, փախուստի է դիմել՝ մորը պատճառելով զգալի չափերի գույքային վնաս:

Վարույթի շրջանակներում նշանակված ամբուլատոր դատահոգեբուժական և դատանարկոլոգիական համալիր փորձաքննության եզրակացության համաձայն՝ թեև երիտասարդը քրոնիկ հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ, հոգեկան գործունեության հիվանդագին խանգարմամբ չի տառապում, սակայն նրա մոտ հայտնաբերվել է «հոգեկան և վարքային խանգարումներ՝ առաջացած մի քանի թմրամիջոցների միաժամանակյա օգտագործումից և այլ հոգեակտիվ նյութերի օգտագործումից, նախկին դասակարգմամբ՝ «թմրամոլություն»», ախտորոշմամբ նարկոլոգիական հիվանդություն։ Նա իրեն մեղսագրվող արարքների կատարման պահին կարող էր գիտակցել իր գործողությունների վտանգավորությունը և ղեկավարել դրանք:
Փորձագիտական եզրակացությամբ` անձն իրեն մեղսագրվող արարքների նկատմամբ ճանաչվել է մեղսունակ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 252-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Որպես խափանման միջոցներ, համակցությամբ, կիրառվել են բացակայելու մասին արգելքը և գրավը՝ 2.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան:
