dzen.ru-ն «Զատուլինը նշել է Ռուսաստանի ու ՀԱՊԿ-ի հիմնական սխալները Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում. «Ես զգուշացնում էի»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Կոնս տան տին Զատուլինը « Moscow Speaking» ռադիոկայանի եթերում մտահոգություն է հայտնել, որ ապագայում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վատթարացման վերջին միտումները կարող են կասկածի տակ դնել Գյումրիում ռուսական բազայի առկայությունը, Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին և ԵԱՏՄ-ին։ «Երբ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալուց հետո ես խոսում էի, զգուշացնում էի, ինձ պատասխանեցին, որ իրականությանից հեռու եմ, նրան աջակցում է ժողովուրդը, մենք, ընդհանուր առմամբ, չենք կարող համագործակցել ընդդիմության հետ, մենք սկզբունքային գիծ ունենք, այն է՝ աշխատում ենք միայն ղեկավարների, պաշտոնական իշխանությունների հետ...

2020 թվականին Փաշինյանը ձախողեց ռազմական գործողությունները, կարծում եմ՝ միտումնավոր, քանի որ պետք է ազատվեր Ղարաբաղից»,- ասել է Զատուլինը։ Նրա խոսքով, այն բանից հետո, երբ Փաշինյանը որոշեց 2021 թվականին արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնել, ընդդիմությունը դիմեց Ռուսաստանին և խնդրեց ինչ-որ կերպ տեսանելիորեն աջակցել իրենց։ Սակայն ռուսական կողմը հրաժարվեց՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ եթե հայկական ընդդիմությունը գա իշխանության, ապա կարող է հրաժարվել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից, որը վերջ դրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողություններին։

Փաստաթղթից հրաժարվելը կարող էր նոր պատերազմ հրահրել, կարծում էր Մոսկվան, իսկ ինքը չէր ցանկանում խառնվել դրան։ «Ասացինք՝ ոչ մի դեպքում, ի՞նչ եք ասում, Փաշինյանին ինչ-որ բան պատահի՞, չէ՞ որ նա է ստորագրել համաձայնագիրը, եթե նա չլինի, ապա այնտեղ իբր նորից ռազմական գործողություններ կսկսվեն, մենք կներգրավվենք, մեզ կներքաշեն, մենք չենք ուզում, որ մեզ ներքաշեն, մենք մեր գործերն ունենք, այնպես որ, նրան ձեռք մի՛ տվեք»,- բացատրել է Զատուլինը։ Քաղաքական գործիչը նաև քննադատել է նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ին՝ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի իրադարձություններին չարձագանքելու համար, երբ Ադրբեջանը սկսեց ավելի խորանալ դեպի Հայաստան։

«Պետք էր անհապաղ արձագանքել, գոնե զանգել, հրապարակային հայտարարել և այլն, մենք սկսեցինք հետաձգել արձագանքը, և Փաշինյանը օգտվեց դրանից, նա շատ խելացի մանիպուլ յացիա արեց, նա մանիպուլ յատոր է, սա միակ բանն է, որ նա գիտի և անում է ու կանի դա: Եվ պետք է ասել, որ Հայաստանում վստահությունը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ, իհարկե, նվազում է՝ կապված այն բանի հետ, որ առավոտից երեկո մարդկանց ուղեղներն են լվանում համացանցում, հեռուստատեսությամբ և այլն։ Մենք պետք է պայքարենք դրա դեմ»,- համոզված է Զատուլինը։
