Ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է հետևողական և անզիջում պայքարը քրեական ենթամշակույթի դեմ: Օրերս տրամաբանական ավարտին հասավ հերթական միջոցառումը:
Նոյեմբերի 17-ին Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում ստացվել են օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ, որ Երևանի Դավիթ Բեկի փողոցում տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ այդ օրը, ժամը 16.20-ին, «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդ, քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող, այսպես կոչված` «օրենքով գող» Վիտալի Թբիլիսսկի մականվամբ հայտնի Վ. Ա.-ն և նրան ուղեկցող անձինք վիճաբանել են նույնպես «օրենքով գողի» կարգավիճակ ունեցող, Արսեն Երևանսկի մականվամբ հայտնի Ա. Մ.-ի և «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդի հետ:
Այդ ընթացքում կողմերը բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են դրսևորել հասարակության նկատմամբ, կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը, միմյանց նկատմամբ հնչեցրել հայհոյանքներ, հասցրել հարվածներ:
Նույն օրը Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ` խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով:
Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական լայնածավալ միջոցառումների ավարտը նեյոմբերի 22-ին էր:
Ու թեև ստացվել էին տեղեկություններ, որ Վիտալի Թբիլիսսկին ու նրան ուղեկցողները զինված են, պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ապահովվեց միջոցառման անվտանգությունը:
Ժամը 13.10-ին, Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին, Սևան քաղաքի մոտ, կանգնեցվեց վերոհիշյալ «Տոյոտան»: Խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվեցին և ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին տեղափոխվեցին «օրենքով գողն» ու նրան ուղեկցող երեք անձինք:
Անձնական խուզարկությամբ Վիտալի Թբիլիսսկու մոտ հայտնաբերվեց զիպ փականով փաթեթ` բյուրեղանման զանգվածով, հոգեմետ երկու դեղահաբ, իսկ մեքենայի միջից հայտնաբերվեց երկու ատրճանակ:
Բոլորն էլ ներկայացվել են վարույթ իրականացնող մարմին և ձերբակալվել:
