Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան հիմնադրված և գործող «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ն (այսուհետ՝ «Ընկերություն»), սույնով հայտնում է, որ ոչ Ընկերությունը, ոչ Ընկերության բաժնետերերը կամ իրական շահառուները սույն հայտարարության հրապարակման օրվա դրությամբ ընդգրկված չեն պատժամիջոցներ կիրառող որևէ իրավասու մարմնի կողմից հրապարակվող որևէ ցուցակում և Ընկերության նկատմամբ կիրառելի չէ որևէ միջազգային պատժամիջոց:
Նախկինում Ընկերության իրական շահառու պարոն Գլեբ Տրոցենկոն այլևս չի հանդիսանում իրական շահառու՝ 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Ընկերությունում իր անուղղակի ամբողջ բաժնեմասի օտարման հետևանքով: Ներկայում պարոն Տրոցենկոյի և Ընկերության միջև որևէ հարաբերություն առկա չէ:
