2021-ին Հայաստանի ընդդիմությունը «աջակցություն է խնդրել ՌԴ-ից», սակայն մերժում է ստացել. Զատուլինը նշել է «պատճառը»

ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը «Խոսում է Մոսկվան» ռադիոկայանի եթերում, անդրադառնալով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առկա խնդիրներին, ասել է, որ ժամանակին ՌԴ իշխանություններին զգուշացրել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ իշխանության գալու հետևանքների մասին՝ ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների տեսանկյունից, բայց նրան չեն լսել։
Քաղաքական գործիչը մտահոգություն է հայտնել, որ հարաբերությունների վատթարացման վերջին միտումները կարող են կասկածի տակ դնել Գյումրիում ռուսական բազայի առկայությունը, Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին և ԵԱՏՄ-ին։
«Ուզում եմ ասել՝ ես սրա մասին խոսել եմ նախկինում, զգուշացրել եմ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալուց հետո, ինձ ասել են՝ Դուք իրականությունը չեք ընդունում, նրան աջակցում է ժողովուրդը, մենք, ընդհանուր առմամբ, չենք կարող համագործակցել ընդդիմության հետ, մենք ունենք սկզբունքային գիծ, մենք աշխատում ենք ղեկավարների հետ, աշխատում ենք պաշտոնական իշխանությունների հետ», - ՌԴ իշխանությունների արձագանքի մասին պատմել է Զատուլինը:
Պատգամավորը հիշեցրել է 2020-ի Արցախյան պատերազմն ու դրա հետևանքները: Նրա խոսքով՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ Փաշինյանը որոշել է 2021 թվականին արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնել, ընդդիմությունը դիմել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը և խնդրել ինչ-որ կերպ տեսանելիորեն աջակցել իրեն։ Սակայն ռուսական կողմը հրաժարվել է՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ եթե ընդդիմությունը գա իշխանության, ապա կարող է հրաժարվել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից, որը վերջ դրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռազմական գործողություններին։ Փաստաթղթից հրաժարվելը կարող էր նոր պատերազմ հրահրել, կարծում էր Մոսկվան, և Մոսկվան ինքը չէր ցանկանա խառնվել դրան։
«2020 թվականին նա ձախողեց ռազմական գործողությունները, կարծում եմ՝ միտումնավոր արեց, քանի որ պետք է ազատվեր Ղարաբաղից։ Մենք (ՌԴ իշխանությունները-Խմբ.) ասացինք՝ դե գիտեք, այստեղ չենք կարող... Դրանից հետո գնաց ընտրության։ Ընդդիմությունը դիմել է մեզ և խնդրել, որ ինչ-որ կերպ տեսանելիորեն աջակցենք իրեն։ Ասացինք՝ ոչ մի դեպքում, եթե Փաշինյանին ինչ-որ բան պատահի... նա ստորագրել է՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի ավարտի այս համաձայնագիրը», - մանրամասնել է Զատուլինը:
Լրագրողի նկատառմանն առ այն, որ եթե Փաշինյանի փոխարեն մեկ ուրիշը գար, նա կարող էր ստորագրել, Զատուլինն ասել է, որ ըստ, ռուսական իշխանությունների, եթե Փաշինյանը չլիներ, ապա նորից կսկսվեն ռազմական գործողություններ, իրենք կներգրավվեն, իրենց կներքաշեն, իսկ իրենք դա չեն ուզում, այնպես որ «Փաշինյանին պետք չէ ձեռք տալ»:
