«Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը «Երկրի ճակատագիրը քննարկվու՞մ է երկրի ներսում և երկրի հետ» վերտառությամբ հոդված է հրապարակել։                      

Հոդվածը ստորև՝

Ալիևն ասում է, որ սեպտեմբերի 11-ին Հայաստանին է ներկայացվել «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» տարբերակը։ Աշխարհի կենտրոնները պնդում են՝ շուտափույթ կնքել այն։

Ու՞մ հետ է քննարկել այն Նիկոլը։ Ենթադրաբար, որպես պատմական և պետական  կարևոր փաստաթուղթ այն պետք է քննարկված լինի.

-       Խորհրդարանական բոլոր ուժերի, այդ թվում՝ ընդդիմության հետ։ Եղե՞լ է նման բան, թե՞ ոչ։
-       Փորձառու դիվանագետների հետ, որոնք լավ գիտեն կոնֆլիկտի էությունը, բանակցային պատմությունը, միջնորդների հակվածությունը։
-       ԱԺ-ից դուրս տարբեր քաղաքական, հասարակական գործիչների, փորձագետների այն խմբերի հետ, որոնք ունեն և համապատասխան գրագիտություն, և պարկեշտություն՝ գործարքի չգնալու երկրի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերում։
-       Նախկին նախագահների հետ քննարկվե՞լ է։
-       Միջազգային իրավունքի լուրջ մասնագետների հետ՝ Հայաստանում և սփյուռքում։ Նման մասնագետներ մենք ունենք. քննարկվե՞լ է նրանց հետ։

Վերջը Նիկոլը ու՞մ հետ է քննարկում և որոշումներ կայացնում՝ մի ամբողջ  ժողովրդի և պետության ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ։ Սա ի՞նչ բացառիկ իրավունք է, որ ինքը և մենք տվել ենք իրեն։
                           
Հարցի մյուս կողմը

Իսկ ու՞մ է հետաքրքիր այս ամենը՝ պայմանագիրը, պետությունը... Ուսանողները,  անկախ մասնագիտությունից, երբ մտնում են լսարան, իրենց դասախոսներին ասու՞մ են. առարկան դնենք մի կողմ, սեպտմեբերի 11-ից մեզ պայմանագիր է առաջարկված, կո՞ղմ ենք, կողմ չե՞նք, քննարկենք։ Դասախոսները դիմու՞մ են նրանց նույն հարցով։ Գիտական, ակադեմիական շրջանակներն իրենց ներսում հավաքվու՞մ են այս հարցի շուրջ, կա՞ քննարկում։

Բուհերը, համալսարանները, որոնք ամբողջ աշխարհում համարվում են մտքի, առաջադիմության, դիմադրության օջախներ, լուռ նստած են։ Եթե այս հարցում չկաք, բա էլ ո՞ր հարցում կաք։ Այս ի՞նչ մթնոլորտ է տիրում։

Ստեղծագործական միությունները, մշակութային օջախները. ու՞մ են պետք դրանք, եթե նրանք ձկան պես լուռ են և միշտ՝ անտեսակետ։ Խոշոր կապիտալը, միջին բիզնեսը՝ այսպես կոչված բիզնես էլիտան, ունի՞ տեսակետ։

Ազգային ահազանգի առաքելությունը վերցրել են եկեղեցին և անհատների ինստիտուտը։ Բայց դա ակնհայտ բավարար չէ:

Այս ամեն ինչը Ադրբեջանը ֆիքսում է, Թուրքիան ֆիսում է, միջազգային հանրությունը ֆիքսում է. բոլորը ֆիքսում են մեր պատմական անլրջությունը։

Ընդդիմության տապալված դերը

Ընդդիմության կարևորագույն խորքային գործը, առաքելությունը երկրում  մթնոլորտի փոփոխությունն էր։ Բոլոր ցնցումները, բոլոր ֆորսմաժորները երկրում կատարվեցին, բայց ընդդիմությունը չկարողացավ փոխել մթնոլորտը։

Չկարողացավ կամ չուզեց. ես չգիտեմ արդեն։ Դա անլուծելի խնդիր չէր՝ փոխել համատարած անտարբերութան և հանձնվածության մթնոլորտը։ Դա պետք էր անել սեփական վարքագծի փոփոխությամբ, և ոչ թե՝ բոլոր աղետներից առաջ, ընթացքում և հետո՝ շարունակել հանդարտ և անհաղորդ «աշխատել»։

Ու հիմա ունենք ինքն իր համար իշխանություն, ինքն իր համար՝ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմություն, ինքն իր համար՝ հասարակություն, ինքն իր համար պայմանագիր ու ինքն իր համար՝ վտանգված ապագա։                 

Կան տարբեր ելքեր

Այս աննորմալ իրավիճակը, երբ կա ռեալ հակառակորդ և ռեալ ռիսկեր ու իրականությանն անհաղորդ Հայաստան, կարող է շատ արագ բերել արտահերթ ընտրությունների։ Սա ելքերից մեկն է, չգիտեմ՝ լավագո՞ւյնը, թե՞ ոչ, բայց «ոչ մի բանի մասին  իրականությունը» չի կարող երկար շարունակվել։ Արտահերթ ընտրությունների  և այլ հնարավոր զարգացումների մասին՝ հաջորդիվ։
