Նոյեմբերի 20-ից 21-ը փրկարարներն արգելափակումից դուրս են բերել 160 տրանսպորտային միջոց և մոտ 310 քաղաքացու ցուցաբերել համապատասխան օգնություն (տեսանյութ, լուսանկարներ)

Ձյան տեղումներով պայմանավորված՝ նոյեմբերի 20-ից 21-ը ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր են ստացվել հանրապետության տարբեր տարածքներում արգելափակված և խափանված ավտոմեքենաների վերաբերյալ․ մասնավորապես՝ Կոտայքի, Գեղարքունիքի, Տավուշի, Վայոց ձորի, Սյունիքի, Լոռու, Շիրակի և Արագածոտնի մարզերում փրկարարներն արգելափակումից դուրս են բերել 160 տրանսպորտային միջոց և մոտ 310 քաղաքացու ցուցաբերել համապատասխան օգնություն:
Տեղացող առատ ձյունը հատկապես դժվարություններ է առաջացրել հանրապետության միջպետական ավտոճանապարհներին՝ առավել բարձրադիր հատվածներում և դժվարանցանելի վայրերում։
Միջպետական ավտոճանապարհներին՝ Դիլիջանի թունելի մոտակայքում, փրկարարներն արգելափակումից դուրս են բերել 5 մարդատար ավտոմեքենա՝ օգնություն ցուցաբերելով մոտ 15 ուղևորի։
Երևան-Մեղրի 163-րդ կմ-ին ձյան պատճառով սահած և ճամփեզրյա հատվածում հայտնված բեռնատարը քարշակելով դուրս են բերել երթևեկելի հատված։
Գետափ-Մարտունի ավտոճանապարհի 30-րդ կմ-ին օգնություն է ցուցաբերվել արգելափակված ևս 2 բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի, որոնք փրկարարների օգնությամբ դուրս են եկել և շարունակել ընթացքը։
Շիրակի մարզի Ամասիա գյուղի մոտակայքում, ինչպես նաև Մարալիկ–Պեմզաշեն ավտոճանապարհներին փրկարարները, հատուկ տեխնիկայի օգնությամբ, տեղափոխել են երթևեկելի հատվածից դուրս եկած և ձնակույտի մեջ արգելափակված ավտոմեքենաները և առաջին օգնություն ցուցաբերել 6 քաղաքացու։
Ձյան արգելափակումից մարդատար ավտոմեքենաներ են դուրս բերվել Արագածոտնի մարզի Ծաղկասար, Ալագյազ-Ջամշլու և Թաթուլ-Հացաշեն գյուղերի մոտակայքից։ Օգնություն է ցուցաբերվել ավտոմեքենաների ուղևորներին և վարորդներին՝ վերջիններիս ժամանակավոր տեղափոխելով մոտակա հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի տարածք։
Տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ Ռյա Թազա–Ծիլքար ավտոճանապարհին բքի և մերկասառույցի պատճառով բազմաթիվ ավտոմեքենաներ չեն կարողանում շարունակել ընթացքը։ Օպերատիվորեն արձագանքելով՝ հրշեջ-փրկարարներն օգնություն են ցուցաբերել մոտ 100 ուղևորի, քարշակել՝ 60 ավտոմեքենա, որոնք շարունակել են ընթացքը։
Դժվարանացանելիությամբ պայմանավորված Սարավան-«Զանգեր» հատվածում սահմանվել է հերթապահություն։
Սիսիան-«Զանգեր» ավտոճանապարհի 36-րդ կմ-ին կցորդիչով բեռնատարը, մկրատաձև դիրք ընդունելով, երթևեկությունը դարձրել է միակողմանի։ Հրշեջ-փրկարարների հմուտ գործողությունների շնորհիվ ավտոմեքենան ուղղվել և դուրս է բերվել արգելափակումից, ճանապարհը դարձել երկկողմանի երթևեկելի։
Փրկարարները ջանասիրաբար շարունակում են աշխատանքներ իրականացնել՝ արգելափակումից դուրս բերելով տրանսպորտային միջոցները և անօգնական քաղաքացիներին, վերջիններիս տեղափոխելով առավել անվտանգ վայր կամ ցուցաբերելով համապատասխան օգնություն։
