2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին IDBank-ը հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով թողարկել է AMANLBB2NER4 տարբերակիչ ծածկագրով անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսեր՝ հետևյալ պայմաններով․

  • Ընդհանուր ծավալը – 5 մլն․ ԱՄՆ դոլար
  • Արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը – 4,25 %
  • Շրջանառության ժամկետը – 27 ամիս
  • Արժեկտրոնի վճարում – եռամսյա պարբերականությամբ
  • Մարման ամսաթիվ – 20 փետրվարի 2026թ․

Պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվելու 2023թ․-ի նոյեմբերի 20-ից մինչև 2024 թվականի հունվարի 19-ը ներառյալ։

Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ներկայացվելու են ցուցակման «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ և ունենալու են շուկա ստեղծող (Marketmaker): 

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է հեշտությամբ ձեռք բերել նաև առցանց տարբերակով՝ մի քանի հպումով, առանց Բանկի մասնաճյուղ այցելելու։ Այդ նպատակով պարզապես պետք է IDBanking.am  առցանց հարթակում մուտք գործել «Արժեթղթեր» բաժին, ընտրել պարտատոմսերի տեսակը և քանակը և կատարել գնում։

Պարտատոմսերը ձեռք բերելուց հետո դրանց մասին ամբողջական տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի կլինի Idram&IDBank հավելվածում․ «Բանկինգ» բաժնի «Պարտատոմսեր» ենթաբաժնում  ներկայացված է պարտատոմսերի տարբերակիչ ծածկագիրը, քանակը, անվանական արժեքը, տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը, արժեկտրոնի վճարման օրը և պարտատոմսերի մարման օրը։ 

Պարտատոմսերի վերաբերյալ ամբողջ տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի է հետևյալ հղմամբ։

Պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկում ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 18 հոկտեմբերի 2023թ. թիվ 1/520 Ա որոշմամբ հաստատված ծրագրային ազդագրի շրջանակում։ Ծրագրային ազդագրի, դրա լրացման էլեկտրոնային տարբերակներին և սույն թողարկման հիմնական պայմաններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ IDBank-ի պաշտոնական կայքում:
