«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
iz.ru-ն «ԱՄՆ-ը սկսել է ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Անդրկովկասում նոր ճգնաժամ է առաջացել: ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը անսպասելիորեն կտրուկ հակազդել է Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին ու դիրքորոշումներին։ Նա, մասնավորապես, պահանջել է թույլ տալ հայերին Ղարաբաղ մտնել, ռուս խաղաղապահներին դուրս բերել, իսկ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նախագծով Իրանի հետ շփումները դադարեցնել։ Այդ ամենն առաջացրել է Բաքվի սուր արձագանքը, որը հրաժարվել է Հայաստանի հետ ամերիկյան հարթակում բանակցել։ Փորձագետները կարծում են, որ Անդրկովկասում աճում են նոր սրացման վտանգները:
«iz.ru»-ն փորձել է հասկանալ իրավիճակը: Ադրբեջանցի քաղաքագետ Ֆարհադ Մամեդովը «iz.ru»-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները բազմիցս է կողմնակալություն ցուցաբերել։ «Վաշինգտոնը հանդես է եկել Ղարաբաղին կարգավիճակ տալու օգտին, խոսել է ադրբեջանական տարածքում հայերի էթնիկ զտումների մասին։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Բաքուն չի անտեսել ամերիկյան բանակցային հարթակը։ Այժմ Պետդեպարտամենտը հատել է որոշակի սահմանը:
Վաշինգտոնում, ըստ ամենայնի, այլևս բանակցություններ չեն լինի։ Սկզբունքորեն, դրանում ոչ մի վատ բան չկա։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կարծում եմ, որ Ալիևն ու Փաշինյանը պետք է հանդիպեն երկկողմ ձևաչափով, որպեսզի կախված չլինեն բանակցությունների կազմակերպիչներից»,- ասել է նա։ Հայ քաղաքագետ Արման Աբով յանն էլ կարծում է, որ դժվար է երկկողմ բանակցություններ կազմակերպելը, դա պահանջում է Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև վստահության բարձր մակարդակ։
«Տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը պայթյունավտանգ է: Թուրքադրբեջանական տանդեմի նպատակը մնում է նույնը, նրանք ուզում են ձեռք բերել Հայաստանի հարավային շրջանները, որպեսզի ճանապարհներ կառուցեն, ընդհանուր սահման կազմեն։ Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանը սերտորեն համագործակցում է Իսրայելի հետ, որին ձեռնտու է Իրանին ինչ-որ կոնֆլիկտի մեջ ներքաշելը, իսկ Թեհրանը բազմիցս է հայտարարել, որ թույլ չի տա սահմանների վերաձևում Հարավային Կովկասում»,- ընդգծել է «iz.ru»-ի զրուցակիցը։ Կովկասագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովն էլ նշել է, որ խաղաղության բանակցությունները փակուղի են մտել:
«Հայաստանը ցանկանում էր որոշակի երաշխիքներ ստանալ ղարաբաղահայության համար, բացի դա, Ադրբեջանը երբեք չի ճանաչել հարևան պետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Արդյունքում այժմ փակուղի է ստեղծվել։ Կտրուկ սրացում չեմ կանխատեսում, բայց մոտ ապագայում խաղաղության շուրջ պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերել չի հաջողվի։ Դա լինելու է անորոշ իրավիճակ՝ սրացման մշտական սպառնալիքով»,- ասել է նա։
