Ռուսաստանի եւ Չինաստանի հարաբերությունները աննախադեպ բարձր մակարդակի վրա են։ Այս մասին նշվել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ողջույնի հեռագրում՝ ուղղված «Միասնական Ռուսաստան» կուսակցություն – Չինաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցություն» երկխոսության մասնակիցներին։

«Ռուս-չինական համապարփակ եւ ռազմավարական գործընկերային հարաբարերությունները աննախադեպ բարձր մակարդակի վրա են։ Իրականացվում են մասշտաբային համատեղ նախագծեր տնտեսական, տրանսպորտային, էներգետիկ, հումանիտար եւ այլ ոլորտներում։ Երկկողմ հիմքի վրա, ինչպես նաեւ ՇՀԿ, ԲՐԻԿՍ եւ այլ բազմակողմ կառույցներում Մոսկվան եւ Պեկինը համակարգում են ջանքերը կարեւորագույն միջազգային խնդիրները լուծելու համար՝ նպաստելով ավելի արդար եւ դեմոկրատական աշխարհակարգի կառուցմանը։

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության եւ Չինաստանի բազմապլան կապերի զարգացմանը նպաստում է կառուցողական փոխգործակցությունը երկու երկրների քաղաքական երկու առաջատար կուսակցությունների միջեւ՝ «Միասնական Ռուսաստանի» եւ Չինաստանի Կոմկուսի։ Կանոնավոր շփումները ապահովում են փորձի օգտակար փոխանակումը կուսակցական շինարարության ոլորտում, թույլ տալիս հանգամանալիորեն քննարկել երկկողմ եւ միջազգային օրակարգի հրատապ հարցերը։

Համոզված եմ, որ այս անգամ եւս ձեր բանավեճերը կլինեն բովանդակալից եւ կառուցողական»,- նշվել է ՌԴ նախագահի ուղերձում։
