Քննիչ հանձնաժողովը դիմադրում է. չեն ցանկանում խոստովանել ձախողումը

Խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը հայտարարում է, թե 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամկետն ավարտվել է օրենքով սահմանված կարգով և հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքների շարունակումն առանց համապատասխանող օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների իրավասությունների վերազանցումն է։ Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը, սակայն, այս կարծիքը չի կիսում, ընդհակառակը, փորձելով ամեն ինչ անել պատերազմի հետևանքների և պարտության համար պատասխանատվությունն իր վրայից նետելու համար, նրանք Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի գլխավորած հանձնաժողովին թույլատրել են առնվազն մինչև տարեվերջ շարունակել հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքները։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ հանձնաժողովն այժմ վերջնական զեկույցի կազմման փուլում է գտնվում, սակայն միաժամանակ մտադիր են ևս 2 անձանց հրավիրել հարցաքննության, նոր դրանից հետո հայտարարեն քննիչ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքի ավարտ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ բազմաթիվ հայտնի զինվորականներ՝ այդ թվում ազգային հերոս Տիրան Խաչատրյանը, գեներալ Մովսես Հակոբյանը հրաժարվել են ներկայանալ խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողով և պատասխանել հանձնաժողովականների հարցերին, փոխարենը հանձնաժողով է եկել Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, մի քանի հայ զինվորականներ։
Առաջիկայում էլ՝ նոյեմբերի 24-ին հանձնաժողով է գնալու Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը, որը 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ է զբաղեցրել Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում։ Հանձնաժողով պարտադրել են գալ նաև Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Ջալալ Հարությունյանին։ Նրանց հարցաքննություններից հետո էլ, 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովը վերջնականապես կկազմի իր համապատասխան զեկույցը։
Ի սկզբանե զեկույցի տրամաբանության հիմքում դրված է մեկ խնդիր՝ ամեն գնով իշխանություներին մաքրել 44-օրյա պատերազմի պատասխանատվությունից։
Թեև գործող վարչախումբն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ ձախողվել է այս հարցում, սակայն որոշել են գնալ մինչև վերջ և հանրությանը ներկայացնել բացարձակապես ոչինչ չասող իրարամերժ և փաստազուրկ մի զեկույց։
