«Վրաստանի տարածքում եղանակային պայմանների վատթարացման, ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների անվտանգ երթևեկությունն ապահովելու անհնարինության պատճառով, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնելով Վրաստանի սահմանապահ ոստիկանության հանձնարարականները, 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19-ի ժամը 18:20-ից մինչև հատուկ կարգադրություն արգելվում է բոլոր տեսակի ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների երթևեկությունը Վլադիկավկազ-Լարս հատվածում՝ ՌԴ-ից դուրս գալու ուղղությամբ», - հայտնում է գերատեսչությունը Telegram-ալիքում:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ վրաց-ռուսական սահմանի «Վերին Լարս» անցակետ տանող Խաչի լեռնանցքով անցնող ճանապարհահատվածը ձյան և մերկասառույցի պատճառով փակ է բեռնատարների համար:
Ռազմավիրական ճանապարհը միակ ցամաքային ճանապարհն է, որը կապում է Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Այն պարբերաբար փակվում է վատ եղանակի պատճառով։
