«Անտեղի է և անընդունելի». Ադրբեջանը պատասխանը

Միջազգային դատարանի 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 17-ի որոշման վերաբերյալ Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունն անտեղի է և անընդունելի։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն:
«Ֆրանսիայի անտարբերությունը դատարանի կողմից Հայաստանի անօրինական դիմումների մեծ մասը մերժելու նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ երկակի ստանդարտների և նախապաշարմունքների ևս մեկ վառ օրինակ է: Ցավոք, մի երկիր, որն իրեն ներկայացրել է որպես արդարության եւ կարգուկանոնի մեծագույն պաշտպան, սխալ է մեկնաբանել Ֆրանսիայի հետ ոչ մի ընդհանուր բան չունեցող հարցը եւ միջամտել դատարանի գործերին։ Ֆրանսիան պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնի դատարանի որոշումների կատարմանը՝ կապված իր խայտառակ գաղութային քաղաքականության և անօրինական գործողությունների հետ, ներառյալ միջուկային փորձարկումները: Ի տարբերություն Ֆրանսիայի՝ Ադրբեջանը լուրջ է վերաբերվում իր միջազգային պարտավորություններին»,- նշել են Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ում։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարարությունը ավելի վաղ անդրադարձել էր ՄԱԿ-ի դատարանի նոյեմբերի 17-ի որոշմանը՝ նշելով. «Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի՝ Ադրբեջանին ուղղված հրամանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ ցանկացողների վերադարձն ապահովելու և ԼՂ-ում գտնվողների նկատմամբ ուժ չկիրառելու կամ չահաբեկելու մասին համապատասխանում է Ֆրանսիայի դիրքորոշմանը»:
